I feel sorry for the banker.
I own 5 different monopolys. most just different countries or ones based off games. I do own the Mega edition with skyscrapers and more properties.Im a little sad that all the properties on this board are the same ones but with numbers after them. You cant really see that in the picture on here. I guess thats why they make it blurry.I understand the reason behind only having one die as to make it longer. The tokens couldve been better. just a rabbit and a turtle in silver or gold.A little shocking the first thing the manual says is to rip your money in half as they dont provide enough money for the game. But my main gripe and its a big one. who ever is the banker is going to have a terrible time. With every monopoly game ive ever owned there is a tray to put the different money notes in and a tray for all the property cards. this has none. So im either going to have to use another tray from another version or do without. I dont know if its supposed to come with a tray or not as some comments on here say theres bits missing.

Hours and hours and hours of fun...
This game has been a good addition to board games in my family's home. If you thought the original took a long time then you were wrong. This game may literally take days if you play it well but the competitiveness is all worth it.

monopoly ... longest game
So monopoly is monopoly right, well with slight changes to the rules ... some changes are okay and could lend well to normal/other monopoly boards but I guess, monopoly isnt always monopoly as you may originally know it to be.What I wont be doing, basically I think its an awful idea on how to continue play ... cut up the money, keep 1/2 and banker gets other 1/2 (the reverse side if printed with 4 smaller versions of the monopoly notes) ... erm no ... it might work for that specific game, to keep on playing but then for any subsequent games your left with tiny notes (yep, perfect size to lose) and normal sized notes.Would I recommend, I guess it depends if you want to play it just to say 'ive played the longest monopoly game' go for it, or if you want to see the changes in rules, same reason applies, but Im not sure id recommend it persay, yes for monopoly fans, kindof for a game of monopoly 'yes, we like monopoly'.I dont really know what else to say ... if you can get it on a deal or 2nd hand, bonus, but I wouldnt pay full price (I dont think well play it as much an other versions, but hey, I could be wrong).I would say some of the changes are quite amuzing to watch unfold ... the game isnt always a game of who has all wins ... (there arnt lots of changes, just a few to make it more interesting along the way).
