Where to purchase extra 2mm elements and the white teflon pieces that come with the original unit? also the white rubber piece that presses on top?

If you are missing pieces, have any concerns about a product, or questions about your order, please contact us with your order number at amazon@Flexzion.com, and one of our customer service representative will be happy to assist you.

Does it work with gross coffee bags?

If by Gross, you mean large. then it should work if you turn up the sealing timer.

Does "Max Sealing Thickness: 0.2 mm" refer to the mil thickness of the plastic being sealed?

It refers to the width of the heating element (width of melted plastic being sealed). So after sealing there will be a .2mm melted plastic portion sealing the plastic together. It doesn't refer to plastic thickness. The more heavyweight plastics are thicker, and the sealing of them will require the user to turn up the heat level dial to melt it, but the .2mm heating element is (under typical conditions) quite sufficient to seal it.
