Alba BotanicaHydration Sensation Micellar Cleanser, 5.7 Oz (Packaging May Vary)

I have sensitive skin and my previous product is not available. I have always like the Alba line of skin creams, especially the one with Kukui Nut oil, and I thought I would give this a try. It is not drying and I'm really pleased with result after cleansing my skin. I also purchased the Hawaiian Moisture cream with Vitamin E and it leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturized.

This is the only cleanser I can use around my eyes to gently remove my makeup. The soft foaming soap is non-drying and lightweight. 🧼

Solution had a yellow or green color to it the 2nd time around. Although, I know natural products may vary in color, I did not few comfortable using which makes me sad because this was very gentle on my face and did not break me out or cause dryness.

This cleanser is good for sensitive dry skin. My dermatologist gave me anti-acne creams that dry out the skin a bit and I use this cleanser every morning for hydration and gentle cleanse. The only problem is the not very good smell of this cleanser and it is availible to me only at Amazon.

This is a decent, light cleanser. It foams up nicely and rinses easily. Pump works well. However, with a name like "hydration sensation" I was expecting my skin to feel (at least slightly) moisturized after. On the contrary, it actually leaves my skin feeling dry. Fine for my purposes because I follow with a moisturizer but I feel the name is misleading. There is a scent for those who are sensitive to that. Glad the company is cruelty-free.

I love this cleanser but I had to take a star away because I was sent the original in the blue bottle. It’s not okay to send people anything other than what’s advertised!If you have sensitive skin, this is a great cleanser to use.

Note that this is a foaming cleanser, not a wipe-and-go micellar water. But whatever, that’s fine...the real problem with this item is the SMELL. It smells EXACTLY like that bright pink, sometimes pearlescent yellow soap that comes out of those plastic wall dispensers in the restrooms of schools and other public institutions (museums, train stations) up and down the Eastern seaboard. Not soothing or relaxing! I’m currently using this as a body wash so I can finish up the bottle more quickly (—it works fine as a body wash; doesn’t leave behind the slight oiliness that you might associate with many micellar *waters*).

Nice scent, gentle on skin but cleanses really well! Don't need much, just 2 pumps will get the job done!
