Although they sound great I must mention that they're not genuine. I compared them with the original ones that came with my note 10, in every photo the one on the left is the original one and the other one is the one I just ordered. You can see the differences. And also whenever I pause the music I does like a buzz sound (if that makes sense)

Like all headphones of this style, getting the right fit is key to getting the best sound quality. When I have the right seal, the sound is good. They are comfortable for 3+ hours of use. Noise leakage is minimal but can be heard at higher volumes. In a world of wireless earbuds running out of battery mid Teams/Zoom meeting, these are essential. I selected these specifically as they are companions packaged with high end phones, so the my theory was that the microphone would be decent. I am happy to report that the microphone is very natural sounding. I have used this with a MacBook Pro, a PC (usb-c port) and I have also used it through headphones > usb-c to USB adapter > monitor hub and this works perfectly also. I also like that the braided cable is particularly good at keeping tangle under control.

at last I found genuine AKG headphones after a terribly disaster with an eBay 'genuine' set. Sound quality excellent. Comfort is excellent, and the cable quality is excellent. I have no doubt in my mind that these are genuine. Good price too.

Despatched and delivered promptly. However the product itself is of a poor quality. At closer inspection they appear identical to original akg/Samsung just like those which came with the phone, but that's where similarities end. There is awful hissing noise when headphones in use and when on calls, the other party complained of terrible noises. If the product is actually genuine then it must be "quality control reject" due to some sort of defect in wiring/soldering.If you are buying to replace the lost headphones, look elsewhere and save your money

I got these as a replacement for the akg earphones that came with my phone. Look the exact same, same packaging. BUT there is a CONSTANT BACKGROUND STATIC that is infuriating. Never had this with the ones that came with my phone. Would be one star, but they do work, just awful for listening to music.

From the start, the headphones had a slight connection issue to the USB C port, it is now continuous. I didn't complain before, as I didn't use them very often, but now I am not able to use them at all, due to the constant on and off from the random disconnects. It is not a dust issue, as the USB port itself works with another set, no issues with other headphones.

There are a few reviews here that say it does not work. I thought those were unlucky customers for some reason and went ahead to buy this product. It just does not work. While the headphones are connected to the phone, no sound at all though the earphones. Quality of materials and feel is terribly bad as well. There is a reason they have only one photo of the product, see attached photo of packaging, does not look original to me. They put it in an envelope. I am sending it back, but looks like I have to pay for postage as well. What a wastage.

As much as I like listening to music, with Bluetooth and wireless earphones etc. I still miss connecting them, into my phone. These are fantastic, they replace the ones . I got with my note 10 plus, have no idea where I put them with the million other things in my wardrobe lol. These deliver , good bass and noise cancelling. Perfect for using outside or traveling, would highly recommend these to everyone.
