arrived when expected, did finally get it to load a version of windows on a crap laptop I bought that turns out was messed up. only issue with this is it is not a legitimate install disc. after a while you will start getting notices every time you power on about registration and product keys you don't have. but if all you need is basic operating version of windows 7 it works

Beware of this product, although I see some positive reviews, I`m a little suspicious if they`re real, if you have a hard time with the installation process and try to contact them they will never answer and I based my rating on that, my phone records show I called them 56 times on a timespan of 6 days or so and even left about 11, very polite messages, and only got in touch with them twice then we set up a day and time to call so they would assist me I waited and waited and no calls, so I called them 3 more times after and waited one whole hour and they never called me even though we had an appointment...
