So simple and so useful. I have a two-door car and a small garage. With a two-door car, the door tends to be big. It's a Mini but still the door can swing wide to get in and out and I didn't like it hitting the wall. Someone said to nail pool noodles to the garage wall. That worked for sure. But it looked like crap. So I bought this and it's just what I needed. Too bad that I didn't level it better; but that's my fault for getting too excited about attaching it to the wall. It definitely looks better than a pool noodle.

I bought one of these guards 9 years ago and it works well and it really guards the wall. I don’t know why I waited so long to buy one for my other wall in my garage. My neighbor saw my wall guards and made me order him two. Good product.

They work as advertised. They blend into the wall color. My only concern is there is no "give" to the guards. They are hard and I'm concerned about their durability when the weather gets cold; will they crack. We will see.

Have been using this for few weeks now. Banging the heck out of it often with door on a SUV has fully protected wall. I see no degradation or curling up as I thought it should have at least one screw on the bottom to hold it snug to wall, but now I do not believe it is needed. Maybe part of the design to allow plastic to bend a little with out damage. I thought the screw heads could have been a little larger in diameter for the hole sizes so I used flat washers. But, probably not needed.

I agree with the other reviewers that the length is lacking on these. I ended up buying six of these to cover my base (and walls) in my garage. You do the math. I have a 38 foot long garage so I don't always end up parking in the exact same spot everytime. I also pull my truck more forward if I'm working on it. So I had to get six of them to cover both sides of the garage.I also think there should be holes on the bottom of the bumpers to make them more secure.These should be about half the price that they are. If they were, I'd probably get more. Other than that they work well and have reduced the damage to my doors and walls significantly.

I just moved and purchased these because I had them at my last house. They are perfect for ensuring no one flings a car door into your garage wall. They are firm enough to do the job, but slightly flexible to prevent damage to your car door. Super easy to attach with the included screws. The semi-transparent material makes them unobtrusive. I couldn't do without them.

I finally had the wall in the garage repaired and painted and my painter immediately installed this product. It REALLY protects my wall from my car door and my car door from my wall. Just make sure you install it at the right height on the wall for your door AND at the right distance into the garage so that it matches where you actually park.
