I really like it

Just what we needed!We were using plastic trash cans to dispose of those dirty Depends. Unfortunately the smell became embedded in the plastic trash cans and Yuk!We tried soaking the trash cans with Lysol spray, bleach, etc. and nothing would remove that terrible odor.Finally, we purchased this iTouchless stainless steel trash can. Amazing! The charcoal filter really works!!!Now, when you enter the bathroom, you're not slapped in the face by that terrible odor.So glad we bought two of them.

Bought this in 2020 and it has been wonderful but this week the sensor to open and close the lid quit working. Was great while it lasted.

Right size and it works

I thought this would be ideal for a specific purpose. Sadly, I received it quickly, but it did not work. It doesn't come with a power cord, so you must use batteries. I used two sets of batteries (8 in all), and while the lights go on, the lid will not open...it grinds, shudders, and then turns off. I registered it and contacted the manufacturer, who is "investigating" to decide if they will honor the warranty. They said they would get back to me within three days. If they honor the warranty and the return and exchange product works, I will adjust my review accordingly. I want to be fair, but I am disappointed so far. However, I have been notified that a new can top is being sent to me. If that works satisfactorily, I will amend my current review. A replacement top was sent, which didn't work, with new batteries. No lights, nothing! This is not a good product because it is not touchless and doesn't work properlt.

It’s convenient and very nice for a handicapped individual. I would recommend it to anyone.

Awkward to clean.Not very sturdy or good quality for the price.Opening is very small, not the whole top.It does keep the cat out.

Expensive but very happy with the product

No funcionó. A pesar de cambiar las baterías, nunca abrió ni cerró la tapa. Ni de forma automática ni manual. Además la lámina del producto es delgada y se ve frágil. La tapa tiene acabados de mala calidad. El producto se ve frágil y de mala calidad. No lo compren.
