Drill worked battery faulty and seller never responded to my multiple messages
Drill was great but the battery was dead and would not charge. The seller never contacted me back when I tried to message them multiple times to exchange it since it was a Christmas gift for my fiancé, I was very dissatisfied will not do business with this seller again ever. Horrible customer service and a horrible experience.

Batteries didn’t work but great drill
Both batteries were completely dead, charging overnight did nothing. Gave them a little spark to get started and now they work fine. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

When you buy through an amazon seller you have no warrenty because they are not authorised sellers.
When I received this drill it had two defective batteries that would not take a charge. I called Milwaukee customer service and they told me that because I bought it from an unauthorized seller it had no warranty. My only recourse was to return it to amazon for a refund. Amazon did take it back with no problem other than a waste of my time.

Super performance.
If you're not too cost-sensitive, this is a truly excellent product. Compared to cheaper stuff: lighter, longer battery life, easier to control.

Solid Driver-Drill
Incredible power and long lasting. Love it. The more rugged of Milwaukee's driver-drills, with all-steel gearing, not plastic like so many others. Will outlast me, I'm sure. Love the way the chuck works: just a simple twist of the wrist and you're in with a new bit in flash. Heavy for its compact size, but that's all the solid motor and gearing in it. Wouldn't want it lighter or I'd be afraid it would break.

High Quality
Milwaukee tools are high end to begin with. But this brushless cordless drill is much quieter than my old Milwaukee brush type cordless drill (which I gave to my son because after years of frequent use it's still going strong). Battery seems to last longer too. 5 stars.

Drill perfect, batteries where bad

Ask me about this drill in 20-30 years. It will take that long just to break it in. All Milwaukee tools last under extreme commercial usage. These are the power tools you buy to use every day/all day. If you think it may be overheating, put it in the freezer for an hour. That is why you should buy 2.
