The media could not be loaded.  When I originally wrote this review (below), I gave it 4 stars because of the cost...... But after possessing a hedgehog for almost a year, and it still working perfectly- even after much cat abuse I decided to up the rating to 5 star despite the cost... These things are really nice.... The only disappointment I have come across is that all three bird styles make the same 3 alternating sounds instead of 3 unique sounds... Check out my video of the sound that each toy makes... note however that my videos are taken in landscape mode (as all videos should be) so hold your phone sideways for proper viewing if you're using a phone to view...------------------------------------------The following is my initial review: Four stars because of the cost being so salty but these Gigwi cat toys are apparently very nice and this hedgehog that I got has a great unique sound and the motion sensor for that sound is extremely sensitive to vibration and motion... And the cats love it (especially after I stash it in a jar of catnip pellets for a few days). If they didn't cost so much per unit I would purchase the entire fleet of Gigwi's kitty toys. Maybe one day I will!

This cool cat toy really appeals to my little hunter. By placing it on my cat's stratching post, the vibrations activate it's sensitive sound sensor. It is both entertaining and motivational.

My youngest cat, loves these even when the squeakers quit working The cricket toy did not work when it arrived and I find unfortunately that that happens a lot when you buy squeaker toys, but it was nice that there were three toys in this package

I bought this for my cat because he can’t go outside. He has other toys but they require me to be on the other end most of the time.While I’m working at my desk I give him this and he’s been enjoying chewing and hitting it around the room. The sounds might be annoying but I don’t mind if I got music playing in the background haha. Not sure how long the battery will last.My dogs also enjoyed chewing on it, but I think it is best suited for the smaller breeds rather than medium or large.

This has quickly become my cat’s very favorite toy. It makes a very tiny sound, nearly imperceptible but my cat can hear it. She is obsessed with it.

We have moved and now our cats must be indoor cats versus indoor and outdoor cats. I noticed they needed interactive toys to play with because they were used to having outside stimulation. I brought several different kinds of cat toys, but these are by far their favorite toys. The hedgehog lost its sound after about two months, but the bee is still going strong! They are still in terrific shape even though the cats play with them daily and chew them pretty hard. I am ordering the bird, mouse and cricket set today To add to their toy box. I recommend these toys.

My cat has a history of playing rough and had destroyed a previous similar toy such that we had to call the toy ‘dead bird’. She still played with it and loved it. I bought this set to encourage by sound and it has worked well. She had the mouse first and played for an hour. The bird was also accepted well and has also been played with and carried upstairs and downstairs. The bee however has yet to be accepted she is a bit wary of the noise as it sounds angry. Overall I am pleased with this set however I wish the price had not been quite so high. I hope they last a while and are robust enough to have a long life.

Although none of them move, it doesn’t matter as my cat cat is absolutely obsessed with these, they’re her new favourite news! Especially the bird, I think she might think it’s real 😂Also great quality products, have been tossed, bitten and clawed to death, but they still work a week later. Only downside is I don’t see a way to open them and change the batteries, so they’re a tad expensive for single use purchasesOverall, worth buying, especially for a particularly active kitty and/or one with a high prey drive

I thought that my cat had lost her squeaky mouse, which she loved, so I needed to order another (of course it turned up the next day!). This one looked like it would fit the bill and had good reviews so I chose it in the mouse form. The first thing I found funny is that the mouse sounds like a bird! The thing my cat really loves about this mouse, and keeps her interest more than with her other similar toys, is that it continues to chirp after the mouse has stopped moving. So she then picks it up and throws it again due to the sound, and the circle continues. You wouldn’t think she was an elderly lady. 10/10 from me and the cat. Worth every penny.

Bought for my cat to replace a lost bird toy. The motion sensor in the bee is a lot less sensitive compared to the bird and cat, not sure why. The bee buzz sound seems to put our cat off but the bird and mouse sounds are welcomed. While they are well made and kind of realistic (apart from the bee) our cat much prefers playing with pine cones that I collect from our garden. So more human appeal than cat appeal in my experience. I might attach an elastic cord to make them more playable.
