Wonderful battery and customer service, would purchase again! :)
I've really enjoyed using this 10000mAh battery! I would purchase it again based on product quality and customer service. :) When I purchased the first one on 2019-04-27 Sat., I followed step number two in the manual (pictures attached) to fully charge and discharge it six times before using it normally. After about a year of use, it started to become puffy (pictures attached). I noticed this because the flexible case started to come off on the sides of the screen just slightly and I had to keep pushing them back on sometimes if I wanted it to look like it did when I first installed it. I also noticed a screen bulge, especially in images reflected on the screen, which was also probably the reason the polarizer privacy screen developed a crack originating from near the center about that same time. I opened the case to check the battery to confirm this and contacted IBESTWIN Direct through Amazon to ask them if I can get a warranty replacement since the warranty in the product description is for 24 months. They asked for some pictures so they could see the problem also and sent me out a brand new battery and case. They also asked me to properly dispose of the old battery based on local regulations. They communicated with me through Amazon's internal email/messaging system for the most part. I did have trouble on my end sending them the pictures through it so we also used external email (see the manual) and imgur to assist a couple times. They let me know the expected arrival date for the new battery and sent me tracking information using swiship com. I have also followed the manual for this new battery and it's working great so far. My favorite feature is I can pretty much use the phone however I want to all day long without ever having to think about how full the battery is. It just lasts and lasts and lasts until I can put it on the charger that evening. So happy. Early on when I wasn't using the phone as much it would even last for two to three days before it needed to be charged again. I really like this battery and would purchase it again. The company has great customer service too! Good job guys. :)

Small headphones hole only flaw on what looks like a great case/battery combo
I won't buy a phone unless I can put in an extended battery (and an SD card). So that rules out all the fruit phones and a lot of current flagship android phones too. My previous phone was a Galaxy S3 and I had the Anker and ZeroLemon ~7000mah batteries for that. I loved how I could go 3-4 days without charging depending on use. Now I have a Note3 and so far on the first charge with this battery, I'm over 24 hours in and still at about 75% - that's including doing all the initial setup and syncing and downloading all my apps, since this is a new phone for me... I wouldn't be surprised if I get 5+ days per charge out of this once it's broken in and i'm not downloading and installing tons of stuff all at once. The battery itself looks rugged - it has a hard plastic shell on the extended part, unlike the ZeroLemon for my S3. So it should handle rough treatment a little better. The Anker for my S3 only had a little sheet of plexiglass stuck to the back of the extended part, and didn't have any protection for the edges or corners, but this battery looks very well-made.Case is stiff rubber (NOT silicone!) which is good - it's actually kinda difficult to put it on or off, but that means it shouldn't get loose with age. There's also a little buffer/padding built into the corners, and the nubs on the sides give you great grip. The somewhat rough texture means it won't get scratched (the Anker for my S3 was shiny and got scratched in the first hour I had it on, and looked like trash after a few days). This also means the camera flash shouldn't reflect back into the lens and make your pictures look smoky. Works fine with thin plastic screen protectors, but I suspect if you have one of the new tempered glass screen protectors, it might not fit since this case holds very tight to the edges of the screen. If your glass screen protector doesn't go all the way to the edges of the glass of the Note's screen, you might be OK.I do have one complaint about the case, and it's why I knocked off one star. The hole for the headphones jack is too small. It'll be fine if the "grip" part of your headphones plug is barely bigger than the 3.5mm jack itself, but for most of my cables (actually i only have one that fits) I simply can't plug them in - the base of the headphones plug (black rubber/plastic that you hold while inserting/removing the plug) hits the case and prevents it from going in all the way. I had this problem with the Anker S3 case as well, but NOT with the ZeroLemon S3 case (slim case, not the rugged one). So I took an exacto knife and cut the hole about 1mm bigger. Even with a nice sharp knife, this was difficult, and actually shows that this case should be very durable. But if you actually use your headphones jack (and not just bluetooth) then you need to know about this one small flaw.
