Works for me!
I'm on month 2 of Nutrisystem...due to Covid shipping is iffy so I bought this as some back-up. Some of the food - not so good, other - not bad at all! I've already lost 8 LBS first month...although the food is processed, so is most of the junk you buy at the store. You factor in fresh veggies every day, and learn some tricks on how to cook the food right, it can really be a God send. Now if you're uber picky and live on fast food, you're not gonna like it. It's not full of sodium so the taste is not as potent. But once you detox the salt out of your system, your taste buds will grow back and this it gets better. Plus, it's idiot proof - you just walk to box or freezer and get whatever you need for whatever meal you're eating. Shakes are fantastic. You can get the vanilla and add a few strawberries. Some people would rather be overweight than eat things they don't want to...I get that, I was the same way until I started order clothes with an X in front of it. First month you need to learn how to make it work for your personal style. Plus, all the water you drink...my sense of well being is now present!

Good for weight loss
I don’t know why people are complaining about the taste of the food. This stuff is to help you lose weight, not be super tasty. As far as the food goes, it’s got decent flavor and some stuff is really great. The beans and rice is a bit spicy but has a lot of flavor and the snack bars are good.i like that it comes with a packet of high protein pancake mix so I can actually cook something during the week. I can’t wait to try the rest of the products.

Nutrisystem is gross but effective.
Breakfast and snack food was fine to good. Lunch is garbage. Dinner --half were okay to good, other half were gross. I am on Day 4 of 5 and I have lost almost 7 lbs. I did substitute gross lunches for packets of tuna with a piece of whole wheat toast.

Not exciting, but edible
This is a good way to get weight loss jump-started. The food isn't exciting, but it's edible if you're not too picky. It only lasts for 5 days (you can tolerate nearly anything for that long) and then you can decide if you want to do it again. And it's cheaper and easier than going for one of their continuing plans. Good compromise, especially for those of us who aren't all that fond of cooking. Add some fruits and veggies, drink a lot of water, and you're set.

Great for a kick start
I think the food actually taste pretty flavorful. Everything so far as tasted good and kept me full til the next meal. I do have hypoglycemia and only needed to sneak in an extra snack in the pm. I am doing great with this food and my Husband and I have already ordered next weeks kick start, and we are trying a different package with different meals in it. I would highly recommend giving this at least a try, your trying to lose weight, this is ideal.

Disappointment
Very high sodium food! I really found the food disappointing and flavorless. You're better off eating fresh food. I'm glad I had the opportunity to try a small portion before ordering a month supply. To me it was a waste of money. I tried a few items and the rest is sitting in my pantry uneaten.

Quick Weight Loss
I purchased one box a week for 3 weeks and lost 10-1/2 lbs with exercise and a stationary bike. The 4th week I only maintained my weight so I went back to a SlimFast drink once a day and monitor closely what I eat. Nutrisystem taught me the correct quantities to eat and what foods to eat at certain times of the day. You can’t cheat and expect to lose weight. I monitored every moment of exercise and every morsel I ate on their NuMi app. They put your weight loss on a diagram so you can watch your weight drop. Remember to behave on weekends. It’s only a 5 days a week program. Good Luck.

Lots of Garlic
If you are ALLERGIC, to garlic, and/or nuts, don't buy these Nutrisystem Kickstart , 5 day boxes. The entrees in the Nutrisystem Kickstart, green box, are loaded with garlic, chock full of preservatives, and much of the snacks have nuts. I stayed on the program, including the suggested "Turbo-shakes", religiously. No change in my weight, and I have kept on, even though I am allergic to garlic. I am now into my second set, since the program booklet goes through 7 days, but the box only has 5 days worth in it. So you have to buy another box, to get your 7 days, plus you have to buy the "Turbo-shakes'. The system may work for others, but so far, not for me.
