I didn't start working out due to an injury but I sometimes take it for energy and curbs my appetite......But the taste is not that great that's why I gave 4 stars.....

I did not like this product. It's tastes really bad, the sprayer quit working after 6 or 7 uses. Very unsatisfied.

Do not mix this and force factor test booster. You will not fit in your old clothes after a four weeks.

Really cant tell much of a difference
