Good value. My only complaint is that the box itself arrived looking as if they'd used it as a Frisbee before packing. Several cookies were broken. The inside packaging, separating the cookies, isn't strong. I don't blame the company fully ... this box of cookies had been manhandled along the way. But the flavor and texture of the cookies is outstanding. I'm glad I didn't buy them as a gift though. When I opened the box, it was a mess in there. Part of the blame could have been the shipper, but it looked as though the box was damaged even before it got into the padded envelope.

I love these cookies. They are buttery and tender and not too sweet....just like you expect for shortbread cookies. They melt in your mouth and make a perfect companion for my coffee in the morning. There were several that were broken, but it didn't stop me from eating them!

The flavor of these cookies is excellent. the reason for only 3 stars is the box was smushed within outer box. most of the cookies were in 2 or more pieces. the broken cookies did not diminish the flavor and I am using smaller pieces with ice cream.

Patterson’s shortbread cookies are delicious. Packaging of the product is appropriate for sale in stores, however, these cookies were put in cushioned mailing envelopes for shipment and then, whomever delivered the cookies, shoved them into my mailbox so tightly they were difficult to get out. When I opened the packaging about 50% of the cookies were broken and about 20% of those broken were merely crumbs. I certainly could not have served them for company. If the cookies had been shipped in a card board box, or perhaps delivered to my door instead of squeezing into my mailbox, I would order again...but not now.

Second order crumbs. Amazon won’t replace. I have loved shortbread since I was a child. I had a Scot great grandmother who made them for our tea parties. Hers were buttery and sinful. These are just sweet enough but definitely not sugary. Using crème instead of all the butter makes them great for nut butter and my diet.

Came in good condition. Flavor was not as good as traditional shortbread but still pretty tasty. Good with tea/coffee.

The cookies are delicious but the low rating was for the presentation...I bought them to take to a tea party and was very embarrassed when I opened it and half of them were broken. They were eaten anyway because they are yummy but would of preferred whole intact cookies
