Great chair especially for the price, quite petite so definitely for a smaller person. Assembly was fine done by my pregnant self in about 2 hours, however the plastic coverings do not match I’m guessing it was just an error in packing, a bit annoying and no where to request an extra part? It still works without so I don’t need to send it back but would be useful if they could sent a missing part.

The product is great. Looks exactly like the picture. Assembly wasn’t too difficult but took a long time as so many part and it’s totally deconstructed on deliwvery. The only thing was on the arm cover the part could not be screwed in properly . No matter what we tried. It just doesn’t fit. The chair still works as it’s just a cover for the mechanism but it SHOULD!! and it doesn’t look good

A surprise 18th birthday present, my daughter loves the chair especially being pink :) I assembled the chair on my own it took most of one afternoon, I took my time to study instructions first & checked off component parts before assembly. Please note middle column of part assembled chair is very heavy - best to assemble chair on a raised surface - I used my bed as the chair was going in my daughters bedroom. After assembly, no additional tools were needed to assemble, no component parts were missing :) the product is very well made & sturdy, I would definitely recommend/use this supplier manufacturer again, Thank you !

This chair is very nice looking and the assembly is very straightforward - the instructions are lacking but there’s a video on YouTube by manufacturers which is easy to follow and overall making it was not difficult. It didn’t take long but did require two people.However, it isn’t super comfortable. The cushions are a nice addition, especially the fact they are adjustable so can be positioned to the perfect location. However the seat itself (particularly the sides which go up) are very uncomfortable and very hard. It seems like metal that’s lightly covered with some foam which quickly lost its bounce. It would be nice if you’re much smaller than me, like a child. The arms are comfortable but I wish they would go higher than they do.. the top height is still very low. There was also some scuffing and tearing on the back which was annoying although doesn’t impact sitting ability. Not really worth the money, but if you’re a child or a very small adult I imagine it’s nice. If you’re an average/medium+ adult, I wouldn’t bother

Frustrating experience, as realised their was a fault once chair was part assembled, so contacted customer services, who arranged for it to be collected (after it was disassembled) as they were unable to replace just the damaged part.Frustrated as new chair was not sent till they recieved the damaged one, despite offering to pay for replacement if the original could be refunded. I was in a rush as I had an upset child who wanted their birthday gift functioning!A lot more hassle than it needed to be and lots of wasted time waiting for delivery/collection/assembly/disassembly then finally assembled again.Happily we now have a functioning chair. Which my son loves. I think the generosity of padding overall fabric taughtness/appearance was better on the faulty one sadly, but seeing as it’s fir a child I’m sure it will be more than fine.

I assembled the chair fairly easily the instructions weren’t great but I managed in around 10 minutes using the picture and the instructions, the chair itself looks great but the padding where you sit isnt thick enough to be comfortable for long periods, and for a chair that costs what this does I expected more from what is essentially the most important part, the back support however is great when you lean back into the chair it is very comfortable and supportive, it’s just a shame it’s let down by the seat, as it’s a gaming chair you would be sitting in it for long periods of time, me personally became uncomfortable after around 2-3 hours, over all because of that one issue I would say it’s not very good value for money, but if your not going to be sitting in it for hours on end then it’s a great chair
