It is HEAVY head so some applications won't hold it up. Mine is fine. But the lights are out. 3 showers and no more light show. I have great water pressure and soft water. It's impossible to get in touch with the company. So a guarentee forget it.

Firstly,this shower head is very heavy so if you are a girl,you need a hand when you installate it.Of course I have installeted it just with several minutes,after all,the installation is straight forward.And the size is much bigger than expected and it is really a enjoy when you take a shower after a day working.will recommend it.
