Worked in Colombia
This is basically a prepaid data-only SIM card from UK's Three. Upon receiving the SIM card prior to my trip to Colombia from the US, I contacted the seller to activate the SIM card, and it worked in the US (also received a text message from UK's Three). The data also worked fine when I landed in Colombia, but the network speed was pretty slow and spotty (4G, around 1 Mbps on my unlocked iPhone 12). The amount of data (10GB) was more than enough for my short visit, and it continuously worked in the US for the remainder of the thirty days. Interestingly, I created my account on the Three UK website using the SIM card information I had after the trip, and it looks like I could renew the data plan if I wanted for only £10 per month. And I will even get 20GB if auto renewed every month including UK's unlimited minutes and texts. Overall, I was happy I had the data connection during the trip, and I think it's a great deal if I kept the SIM active and used it as a data-only plan in the US and 71 other countries, if only I could visit so many in the future.

The features advertised do not work while you travel, DO NOT BUY THIS CARD
I bought this SIM card for European travel. It advertised 36GB of data for one month with an option to top up. The Three company fails to mention on Amazon that you can add the money ONLY if you have a UK based credit card. With a UK-registered address. I am a US customer with a US issued credit card. There is no way to pay with a non-UK credit card on the web site. Contacted customer service. I spent two long sessions with customer support, it turned out there is no way to add money to your sim card without a UK credit card (and a UK address). "I'm afraid you won't be able to use any card to top-up. Only Uk registered card." - was the response from my chat with the customer service. And, also, out of those 36GB data the company promises - you can use only 12GB, the remaining 24 GB require a 0.5 pence per MB charge which - guess what? - you can't pay if you don't have a UK credit card and a UK address!! That certainly feels like a carefully disguised scam for non-UK customers to me. If you sell SIM cards on Amazon to US customers without a way to such customers to even use the promised 36GB, there is something very wrong with the company and its product. DO NOT BUY THIS CARD unless you are a UK customer with a UK credit card and address. I just wasted my money on this product.

This is a great prepaid sim card that will allow you to use internet and phone calls
I used this card for UK and Scotland and I was very happy with the service and ease of use. It's a very easy to setup and use and in 10ndaysbof usage I didn't has any issues what so ever. People with negative feedback don't know how to perform basic setup or they are trying to use this sim card in places that won't support or their phone is no unlocked. When you receive your card, it tells you to go to site and enter the date that you want to activate it. I would pot 2 days before my travel to make sure if there is an any issue at least you have some time to have it resolved. At the day of activation, you will receive the phone number for your sim. Turn off your phone, put your new sim card and turn on your phone. Your phone will tell you the new APN has been updated and in my case asked me to restart my phone. After that, you have signal in US and it will work just fine when you go to Europe. You MUST have an unlocked phone for this sim card to work.Overall very happy with the service and you can't beat the price . 10GB is a lot of data.

Works Fine In The UK/US
This is the second time purchasing from this seller and I had no issues either time. The first time I had to mess with the APN settings on my phone, but my current phone had no issues. The instructions you receive are 100% clear. You need to go to their site and register to activate the card(s). Make sure you set the activation date about 2-3 days before you leave on their site. Don't do what I did and accidentally leave the default date (same date as the date you access) or or the sim will get activated and you can't reverse it. No issue with coverage, I was getting full 5G coverage. Just remember to make sure that your International Roaming is set to active on your phone and that phone is unlocked by your carrier and you're good to go. The last time I was in the UK I only made 1 or 2 calls, which went flawlessly. That really helps for places like tours that want to contact you outside of e-mail or WhatsApp - or if you need to call a local business (like a restaurant) to be put on a wait list.

Did not work fully in Italy.
The ENTIRE point of buying this before the trip was to make the trip easier, but this card did anything but.First, I wanted to change my activation date to ensure that I would receive my activation email (that contained information in it) one day earlier to ensure that I had that information BEFORE my vacation. What's the point of sending me an email right before I arrive at the airport if I can't get that email?? They evidently didn't understand that logic and refused to change the date for me saying that the information really was not needed. After arriving in Italy, I was able to send some texts with this SIM card in Italy, but phone calls didn't work at all. Their customer service was unable to resolve this issue. I remember messages asking for more money, etc. But this card was supposed to be UNLIMITED voice and a few G's of data for a month!! So, my wife and I were without fully working phones for several days. When we finally purchased a SIM card IN Italy, it fully worked right away.Because it was a 3 week vacation and I purchased the card a bit in advance, I'm unable to get my money back.
