Eden Mill - Passionfruit and Coconut Gin - Tropical Fruit Spirit with Botanicals - 50cl, 40% ABV

I expected this to taste more like coconut so kind of disappointed. It still tastes nice, although I probably won’t purchase again due to not being to my taste.

The gin is ok - the coconut overpowers the passion fruit - but the bottle I received was not the coloured, rippled effect as shown in the Amazon images. As you can see, pretty much just a plain old boring bottle. Disappointing because I bought as a present. I think they have updated the design so I guess I was just unlucky to get one of the old ones. Oh and it's 40% not 42% - but it is a proper gin, not a liqueur as mentioned in other reviews.

Bought as a gift and my friends loved it and said it’s one of the nicest gins they’ve had... technically more of liqueur than a traditional gin.

Very pleasant drink with ice

Best paired with a decent plain or Mediterranean tonic, so as not to overpower to delicate taste of a perfect summer gin.
