Does the job at a fraction of the price
Nikon replacement battery is expensive. These do the job at a fraction of the price, and the included charger is very useful. Even if these batteries don't last as long as the original (approx 8 years) they will still be good value.

What the hell does "Warmth" mean in a review?
Excellent bit of kit and miles' away from the price Nikon wanted for basically the same thing. This came with two batteries and an LCD on it tells you if the charger has finished, which is handy though it is unlikely to overcharge, from experience.Pure & Simple: Buy it if you are using EN-EL12 batteries.Buy it.Additionally, it shows you when the battery has reached full charge - and stops charging it. Very handy if you're out using another one!
