Don't believe a word! If you're looking for something able to support a hanging basket, these are not for you. When they say "bring your heaviest pots and baskets" it's just untrue and you risk your baskets falling to the ground.I'm sure they're fine for lightweight objects like windchimes, or possibly bird feeders, but not for hanging baskets, and quite possibly not pots.I chose these because the available height I had for fixing them was limited. I believed the write upBut, of three that I put up, 2 bent dangerously within 10 minutes and the other less than 24 hours later. The problem (our at least one of the problems) is that the fixing holes are in the wrong place. One hole is fine, it's at the bottom, but the other is half way up. So, under any significant weight, the bracket bends at the point where the upper hole is. Within 10 minutes, 2 of them were bent to 45 degrees. This then started to exert force on the upper screw which would clearly have pulled out if left. If the upper fixing hole were at the top, it would probably be fine. With the hole half way down, it's like one great lever action and clearly the metal isn't as strong as it looks.Admittedly, I put these up immediately before torrential rain which means the baskets were at their heaviest they would ever be likely to be. However, I used my luggage scales to check the weight and, even with the baskets utterly soaked with water from the downpour, they were still less than 10kg. The alternative I've now found, which is only slightly more expensive (just over £20 for 2 instead of almost £17 for 2) is guaranteed to 15kg. But that's only the two that failed within 10 minutes. The third basket was about half that weight, so at first I thought it would be fine, but less than 24 hours later, it had become exactly the same.In honesty, I'm fortunate I put these up in torrential rain as otherwise this could have been an accident waiting to happen. In fairness to Amazon, I've now returned these for a full refund with no dispute, but you are best to avoid these for anything other than really lightweight use (wind chimes, etc.). "Bring your heaviest pots and baskets"? What a joke, definitely a false description.

As the photo shows I bought these to simply hang a bird feeder on the garage wall. I wanted two hooks to limit any swinging. The birds perch on them. I don't expect the black paint to last long, but these were the best value for money I could find with the required depth. All the hanging hooks seemed a bit pricey to me.

Good wall mounting pair of hooks, good for small items like bird feeders, small plant pots or garden lights. There are screws included to fix it onto the wall or fence. The website picture is misleading though as it is clearly not long enough to be used to hang up a hanging basket of any size as it would be hitting the wall or fence as the bracket is only 15cm long so cant be used for anything that size.

I saw these and read the reviews and there are complaints about them being too small but they are perfect for my use case.They would definitely support smaller hanging baskets and individual plants but I wanted them to smarten up the side of the garage where I hang my bird feeders.Some larger birds have been dragging dirt block feeders off the hooks I have been using so these are absolutely spot on to replace the small hooks.Very happy indeed. Prompt delivery and well packed. You get the hanging arm, screws and raw plugs so I’m ready to go.Absolutely no complaints - small but perfectly formed and spot on for my use case. Really pleased with them.I obviously can’t comment about durability in terms of lasting outside through the seasons but they do seem well made and no obvious manufacturing faults or damage etc

These are smaller than I thought they would be but strong enough to do the job. I’ve used them for a hanging basket. I had to replace the screws for longer ones as I didn’t think they were sturdy enough to take the weight. Also the screw heads quickly lost their grip. Other than that I’m pleased with the product.

Thank goodness you don't get 'instructions' to install this, it's just so easy!

Bought these not to hang baskets but to hang bird feeders. They are what looks like aluminium covered with a black plastic coating, not 'iron'. They do the job I bought them for, though.

Sadly not long enough for a regular hanging basket. My fault for not looking at the measurements however as I just assumed all brackets were a standard length
