A fine romance!
I had seen this movie on TV and decilded I would like to see it again. A vinyard/winery sale pending when a absentee brother, Regan, returns to see that his youmger brother, Dennym sells for the best price. Denny's secretary, Clare (who pretty much runs his attorneys office), and Regan strike sparks off each other but become co-conspirators in finding out why the interested buyer really wants the winery. I loved it when Regan takes Clare on a shopping trip! Clare's younger brother is a delight.

Fictional Romance
Really enjoyed this movie although at times the acting was terrible, but I kinda expected that so it didn't bother me so much. These movies are like that... I am just a sucker for romance and I remember these stories from years ago that I was too young to be reading but read them anyway. This is a nice story line if you do not overthink it and just enjoy a nice fictional romance.

Why I gave it 3 stars...
If you like Harlequin movies that always have a happy love interest ending, you'll probably like this one. For me it was just ok. BUT, when Dyan Cannon came running out to meet Regan (Jonathan Cake) I thought it was going to be his sister and then he called her "mother!" As soon as I saw her face and knew immediately it was Dyan Cannon, who I have enjoyed in so many movies (I'm in my 70's), my immediate thought was that she has had the best face lift I've ever seen in a Hollywood female movie star! She's 80 years old (as of this date) and her figure looks as great as it did in the sixties. WOW! She was worth seeing to make the movie tolerable for me. Cheers Dyan!

I liked this one
I've watched a few of these harlequin movies for something to do. The others were mainly dumb. This one I really liked. The actress was appealing, the handsome brother from London was quite attractive, and the conflict over the vineyard and how it would work out, while a bit predictable, added a subplot to keep it interesting.I didn't really see that she was in love with her boss, though I guess that was the idea at first, that she had a crush on him. He was like a handsome child, though. I didn't see his appeal. He was goofing around, letting her do all the work, overlooking her, dating other women...what would she see in him? Just his looks? I'd see him more as a pain in the butt boss whose work I had to do because he was incompetent...or at least uninvolved. The brother from London was appealing except for his constant interest/disinterest flip-flopping as he tried to "run from everything he loves." A bit trite and predictable, as one might expect, but I still enjoyed it.

Cinderella in the 21st century.....
Jonathan Cake is eye candy with a Brit's accent. The filmography in the vineyards was just beautiful. Two brothers after one girl is always a good story line...a girl's story who was a Cinderella in the Twenty-first century. Great movie. The title of the movie and the cover photo shot has nothing to doing with the movie. Diamond Girl? Watch it.

Worth it!
Attractive characters. Snappy and amusing dialogue. But like most good movies, there is a poor ending. Nonetheless, I viewed it multiple times.

Disc error every time
Finally looking forward to watching regular movies after Christmas since our Christmas wasn’t until February due to illness. Disc doesn’t work at all. All I get is disc error. Very disappointed and of course the window to return is close. Guess I better check them when they arrive. Was looking forward to seeing this video. Terrible and disappointing!!,
