I've had this rail for 2 days. Its installed on my bathroom door as no wall space available. Easy to put up and looks nice. Pleased with this purchase so far.

I bought one of these and had someone else put it up so it all seemed fine. It looks smart and did the job. Unfortunately, my son leaned on it a few times and it snapped off. Obviously, it's not meant to be that weight bearing, so not entirely the fault of the product but it I was surprised by how easily it did break.As the holes were already drilled and my tiles are hard to drill, I ordered the same thing again and put it up.I found that to tighten the hanging bit to the brackets that attach to the wall, to ensure that there was enough movement to line them up accurately to put the screws into the holes that were drilled, meant that I ended up with them a touch loser than I would like and there's now a bit of movement. This got worse as I had to move the brackets slightly to line them up with the holes and they didn't hold the tightness I had got them too.It's up and working doesn't feel as tightly fitted as I would like but the instructions were terrible.Drill holes and attach to the wall. I had to undo them several times, firstly because I forgot to put on the little bits that the caps clip on to, then I put them on the wrong way round, then I had to remove it tighten it all up again. If the instructions had a couple more steps to show putting on the clips and which way round to do that, it would have saved me quite a bit of time and frustration.Looks smart, does the job but not quite as study as I would like and took a while to put up due to poor instructions and that the brackets loosed as I moved them around to get them lined up with the drilled holes.

Used the screw fixtures rather than the adhesive pads. Very easy for anybody with some basic DIY skills: just drill 4 holes. Rails looks classy, 4 hooks on rail an added bonus and a nice thought.

I fixed the rail by screws to the bathroom wall making a good strong fixture. The rail is both versatile and attractive to look at. I am very pleased with my purchase

Liked the simplicity

This rail is excellent. Well made and sturdy enough for two bath towels. Haven't used the adhesive pads but it was easy enough to screw to the wall. Very pleased with it.

I missed the part in the description where it tells where it can and can't be stuck. I had to use the supplied plugs and screws but that wasn't a problem. I liked the caps to go over the screws, that was a nice touch. Holds my heavy Egyptian cotton towels just fine.

The stickers which hold the rail to the wall are working fine so far (after c. six weeks). However, the metal studs on the stickers which are used to attach them to the brackets on the towel rail were slightly too close together. This meant that, when I fitted them, the stickers puckered slightly in the area between the two studs, leaving a visible line on them. This is cosmetic only, of course, but then the appearance of bathroom fittings is important and so I was left disappointed by what would otherwise have been a very good product.
