I purchased the these head phone for my work. I am freight broker, work in a large office and needed a solution which allowed me to focus but also be heard well. I have (2) Cell phones which switch constantly through out the day on being active on Bluetooth. This happens automatically. Charging, physical and Bluetooth all work well. I was concerned about the size of the ear covers. They are soft, fit correctly and after 6 hours a day still feel comfortable. Thank you so much for placing this together. FYI 5 other people in my office had purchased you should be paying me a commission =)After 6 months of use the power button broke/unable to activate. Since it was during Pandemic I didn't go right away to fix....well now behind the curve. Still would purchase again...miss them during this time. Still a great value and design. If You are seeing this MPOW hear my cry and let's figure out a way to replace. =)

My mpows are great call quality is good and the headset volume can get loud. If your wear glasses the headset will put some pressure on your ears causing your frames around your ear to get sore due to long wearing times I wish there was a way to relieve the pressure that's why I prefer over ear instead of on ear.

So far I love these. I've gone through a lot of headsets. Many of them have some issue or another. I love the fact that these are so soft. I've had them on for 5 hours, and my ears are not hurting at all. I also love that it doesn't completely block out the noise around, so I can wear them driving or something like that, or around my kids and still hear them when they need something. It's really awesome to have the mic. My only possible complaint so far, would be that they can fall off a little easier than some others because they're on the ear headphones. But there's no such thing as having all the perks. For me these are perfect The best that I can get.

I bought this unit to be used mostly for hands free calling. I wear hearing aids so earbuds won't go in when I am using my hearing aids. The sound quality is excellent and everyone hears me well. I really like that it has its own charging dock. I just drop it in and pluck it out again whenever I need it. I have not timed how long it stays charged but it stays functional for me the whole day.The sound is good enough that I don't even need to be wearing my hearing aids and with the other ear uncovered, I can still hear what's happening around me! It is okay for music but of course it will be monaural (only in one ear). An excellent and affordable choice for people who want to be able to talk on the phone and be able to move around untethered to a cord!

These are a great value headset. It seems to be built with high quality materials, and the buttons and moving parts don't feel cheap. I used these to listen to music pay YouTube and a video call, my wife on the other end said my voice was clear, and when watching YouTube videos the sound looked in sync with the persons lips when they were talking. This is probably thanks to Bluetooth 5 being faster. The range is better than other more expensive Bluetooth headphones I've used, I walked at least 100 feet away with zero glitches. At full volume they get too loud to listen, but I didn't notice any distortion, and it does have decent bass. They are not tinny at all. Very impressed for the money!

I own several Mpow products, which have always worked well for me, so I when given a number of options for Bluetooth headsets I immediately went for these. Unfortunately, the mic did not work with any of my pre-2015 equipment, which I am putting back into use while I'm spending more time working from home. The quality of the headset, both in workmanship and sound reproduction, is very good, though, and Mpow was very accommodating when I contacted them directly. I'd definitely recommend trying Mpow first.

Updated 7/28/20: After posting my review here, MPow support contacted me. The offered to send the HC3 (model BH232A) headset to see if that resolved the problems I had. I’m pleased to update this review and state the HC3 had no problems connecting or staying connected to my Win10 laptop.I was able to pair immediately and without problem. This headset works with MS Teams and Skype for Business. It stayed connected, unlike the HC5 headset.I improved the rating to 4 stars. I don’t like that this headset has only one ear pad. I specifically bought the HC5 because I find 2 ear pads more comfortable and easier to hear meeting participants. Kudos to the MPow support team for working quickly to resolve the problem.Original: I purchased this headset to use for working from home. It does not work on either MS Teams or Skype for Business. I made sure my Bluetooth LMP version was higher than 9 (as some reviewers suggested).I updated the drivers and my company’s Help Desk tried for days to get them working correctly. Every 30 minutes the microphone would stop working. I had to power down the headset, power it back on, then reconnect to my laptop.I spent so long trying to get these to work that I went past the return window. Now I’m stuck with a headset that doesn’t work and that I can’t return.

Pague el envio para que llegara mas rapido y llego en el mismo dia que si no hubiera hecho pago de envio. La bateria la debes cargar cada noche. El primer dia me duro dos dias porque no tuve muchas video llamadas pero al tercer dia donde mis juntas ya eran de una hora o dos, para las 3-4pm ya no tenia carga. El auricular usa un puerto micro usb para cargar en lugar del usb-c. Para el precio, queda demasiado a deber.

Estaba contento con el producto, hasta que a los 45 días dejó de funcionar después de la ventana para devolución . Sugiero comprar la garantía si te aventuras a adquirirlo. De seguir funcionando , le daría 4 estrellas
