I'm kicking myself for even putting these cheap junk swivels on my nice rifle - but I was in a hurry and these were available with next day delivery. BAD decision! When I received them, I immediately noticed that the spring-loaded unlocking pins were very rough and did not slide in and out easily. I put some oil on them and that helped some. However, the second time that I took the rifle out, the front swivel broke, allowing the muzzle of the rifle to fall into the dirt. [In the attached photo the broken swivel is on the right.] Fortunately, I immediately checked for a bore obstruction. It's a good thing that I did because the bore was completely obstructed by packed dirt. If I'd shot the gun in that condition it likely would have been ruined and I could have been seriously injured. Don't make the same mistake that I did. Spend a few extra bucks and get some decent swivels like I am about to do.

These are very nice sling swivels and high quality. The only suggestion is that these swivels need installation instructions. There should be at least a website that shows how to install these. Otherwise, this is a good buy.

This is junk - don’t buy it. The pin which actuates the opening of the link, which you must open to install it onto the firearm, is poorly attached to the small plate which is supposed to secure the swivel to the firearm. The small plate resembles the side of a bike chain link. The pin is simply jammed into the plate line a rivet, and that joint is very poor and insecure. I would not trust a toy gun to this piece of junk.

These seem like well made 1" sling loops. No more, no less.

One of the two swivels was broken right out of the box. I was able to force it to open and installed it anyway because I don’t plan on taking it off. I decided to keep the item because it isn’t worth the time and effort to return. I would caution anyone else looking to buy this item to stay away.

Ordered this to install a sling on a NEW gun. Immediately after install they broke in two causing the gun to fall and break the stock. This gun has not even been fired yet.
