Love the product i take twice a day it help me not want to eat all day. Sad the price went up way more the it was when i first purchased so wont be buying this brand again. 👎🏾

Seem to keep me feeling full longer so I don’t eat as much.. in fact, if I take them an hour AFTER I eat lunch, I don’t eat dinner…and don’t even feel hungry

Great! If you take it 3 times a day, always with food and a tall glass of water, you WILL see results. If you do not, you really won't see much change. Such a simple thing to add to my every day life, that has helped me lose 55 lbs. I highly recommend!

Don't waste your money

This has done absolutely nothing as far as making me feel fuller or have less of an appetite, which is why I purchased it. So little, in fact, that I opened a capsule and emptied it into a cup of water to see what would happen. From what I've read, the water should have congealed from the Konjac root, the same thing it should do in your stomach to give you the feeling of fullness. After an hour I checked it and there was nothing but a skin floating on top of the water. No wonder it hasn't done anything for me. Very disappointed.
