I have noticed a difference using these capsules for my skin and hair. I take 2 a day in the morning with water. They are not the easiest to swallow as they are fairly large. Over the last few weeks of taking these my nails are stronger and my hair seems to have extra shine.

I think the biotin gave me a few spots which it always does but my hair definitely has less breakage

This product is amazing, I have seen results after 2 weeks. My hair looks healthier and feels more silky. I have not noticed any improvement in my skin as yet but I am hopeful. I would definitely buy this product again it doesn't have any bad taste, it is easy to swallow and it works!!

Good product

my pain from osteoarthritis has all but resolved and my joint movement has greatly improved

The product is good but not happy with the price it’s too expensive for only a month supply .. so I think I’m have to find a cheaper alternative

Good overall supplement.

Although there was a slight improvement in my nail strength, I feel that there are better products, cheaper than this.
