Q: How well do you pack them? Do you use any bubble wrap or styrofoam to avoid damage during delivery?

Don't recall any bubble wrap or styrofoam peanuts. Air pillows I think. The speakers themselves are double boxed from the factory. Mine arrived undamaged.

Separately?? Do you mean use one for one I phone and the other for a separate iPhone??? If that is what you mean, NO. You can pull them apart and put one on a metal object via magnet and another on a shelf away from the other - they are true Bluetooth but they just don't sound NEARLY as good as the JBL Charge 3 (for the same pice)

Q: Can you sync more than two speakers?

If you use Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+/Note8, two sets of speakers can connect to your phone and play music at the same time. On your Samsung Galaxy phone, enable "Dual audio", then you can connect with two pairs of speakers and play the same music on them simultaneously. If you use other phones, including iPhone, you will need to use accessories, such as AUX split cable ("Y" cable), or Bluetooth splitter transmitter to make it work. Technically Bluetooth 5.0 supports multi-device but for some reason this cool feature has not been supported by the latest iPhone yet. Either way, you will have two speaker unit playing stereo music (two playing left channel and two playing right channel).
