Pastry Leaves– 2.2lb

The item arrived in good packaging but when I opened it, it was total disappointment. The filo dough was hardened and broken up. As soon as I took it out of the packaging, it was in pieces. Who knows how long it has been sitting on the shelf.Total waste of money.

I am using these pastry leaves (yufka in Turkish) to make gozleme. They are thich, but with enough amount of sauce (water and oil mixture) they get wet and work perfectly.

Brittle, dry and completely unusable

But it is still delicious. We cooked borek with smashed potatoes inside and turned out to be delightful. They didn't arrive as whole layers but everything was messed in to broken pieces. if you cook borek, that's not really an issue but for other recipes it maybe a problem.

Got a dead plant. Terrible

Use this to make Borek. Fresh and tastes good :)
