Sierra Comfort Standard 2-Section Electric Lift Massage Table

I recently opened my own massage practice and after years of working at a spa with hydraulic table, I knew I wanted one as it makes things a whole lot easier. I chose this one because of the price and the reviews were ok. The price on Amazon is several hundred less.than ordering directly through Sierra Comfort. Plus the free shipping with Prime. It was delivered on time despite saying there was a delay due to weather. The delivery guy took the box into the room I wanted even though it was supposed to be inside the door only (the box was really muddy though and I had to scrub the carpet afterwards...). We got it out of the box and set up, plugged in and it wouldn't move. I was so upset and contacted Sierra Comfort. There is only an email address for customer support, which made me a little concerned. As I was waiting for a response, I tried the table again and it worked. Apparently it has to initially be plugged in for about 30 minutes in order to charge the foot control. This wasnt mentioned in anything I read about this table, nor was it in the instructions. I feel like this would have been helpful information!! Sierra Comfort did respond to my email the same day, so that is encouraging as far as the warranty is concerned. Overall, the table is good for the price. The face cradle is terrible, but I expected that from other reviews. The table is sturdy and quiet and not nearly as uncomfortable as I expected. I put extra padding on it and it is fine. Overall I do recommend this table!UPDATE (7/11/2020) The table stopped working after only about a month of use. I contacted the company and they sent me replacement parts for free. The customer service was excellent!!! (The foot pedal needed to be replaced)

We bought this adjustable massage table to use with our Platinum LED Red Light Therapy device installed on their horizontal stand. Since we like to use our lights as whole body therapy for 11 minutes on each side, we felt that we would be the most comfortable lying down. And to get into the correct therapeutic range we needed to be able to adjust the height of the massage table while lying on it. This massage table is perfect for this application! It is very sturdy, very comfortable, and endlessly adjustable. Also - very importantly - the legs of the red light horizontal stand fit underneath the massage table’s hydraulic mechanism without interference. Very happy with the size, comfort, sturdiness, adjustability, and delivery.

UPDATE!! Bought this in MAY 2019 ...Its APRIL 2020 and has been a very loud squeaky table for the last 4 months. I've put wd40 on it...it might be quiet for a day but goes right beck to being loud and scaring my clients in or quier room the next day or so. I have been very careful to not have overly heavy clients on my table! And if i do i don't raise or lower it with them on it. I HATE IT!! In a quiet room then have to raise them and then loud a** noises. UGHHH haven't even had this a year. Already looking at other options if they'll let me return it. Or having someone come look at it and repair it. but feel like its too soon for that. dang. My massage space isn't even that busy for this to be happening all ready.They were late... Like a week late delivering it. It has a small puncture. 😒 But I needed it right away. Other than that it's a great table! And the face rest isn't bad. I just added some extra padding to it. Debating what to do about the puncture..... It's wayyy too much work to send this back. It's heavy. But not too heave to move a little bit around the room if needed.

I like the overall table very much. Does exactly as it should. However, odd as it may seem, the straps that hold the arm support to the headpiece rods are too short. I cannot make them any longer and I cant shorten the front single strap any more. They must have made an error sewing this one. I tried to contact their website from the amazon site, but the link fails to go anywhere.

20 years as an esthetician with 2 back surgeries....why didn't I purchase this years ago???It's changed my game! This investment saved my back and me from selling my business, I get to enjoy my work again. It's sturdy, strong, easy to use and my clients LOVE it.

This is the third bed from Sierra Comfort that we have gotten at my salon, and this box was SO damaged and upon un-boxing, the bed was found to have damage on the round of the foot of the bed. The material will need to be repaired by a professional. It is disappointing that you can't reach out to the seller to find a solution. The bed itself is functional and sturdy. I hope to get some assistance in repair!

Great value I've had mine for almost a year a little slow going up and down but I'm sure that's a good thing for safety reasons. Only downfall for me I have a thick memory foam topper on it so it makes it had to sit with my legs under it . It probably doesn't need the memory foam but I want my client super comfortable .

I have been a LMT for 17 years. This table is giving more years to my career! I love it. It adjusts quietly and smoothly. It's stable and comfortable. For the price point this is a WINNER. Delivered quick and easy to set up. Cost less than some are selling used on sites, plus has a decent warranty.
