Ikea TERTIAL Work lamp, Yellow

I work night shifts. Even since the lockdown, I am working from my bedroom.This creates a problem since I need light to work and my wife needs dark to sleep.I tried to put up LED fairy light and a strip that I had lying around; however, it did not work out well. The light was soft but very dim.I started looking for a solution wherein I could adjust the projection of the light.Came across this lamp and skipped it thinking its very expensive, I was looking for something in the 500-700 INR range. There were plenty of lamps; however, my requirment was that it should have a boom arm and no base so that it could directly attach to the side of the desk using a C clamp.This was the best I found relative to the others. Although expensive, the lamp is very good quality, awesome finish, the wire used is sturdy and the lampshade is not flimsy.Using it with a Wipro 9W LED Smart bulb. I can dim it, I can change the color of the light to cool white/warm white. It is a life saver.

Really large and well built. It can be positioned exactly where you want. It adds great character to the room. Only drawback is the cable is quite short around 1.5meters so if you set it up a bit far away from a plug point you’ll need an extension box

Hi, I got delivery on time during pandemic but it was not available for delivery to guwahati so i ordered at delhi then from there by DTDC got delivered and it cost me 600 extra for DTDC charged but after seeing the quality of prodcuts i must say i was not disappointed and very happy finally i got what i was looking for long time. Thanks IKEA and Amazon for wonderful products. as i was thinking it will be small in size but it is not and big size and strong too. I hope that will help others. Thank you

Excellent lamp, I must say! One of the best things I bought this new year. The lamp by IKEA is so easy to assemble and clamp to your table. If you can't figure out the manual, there are several videos on YouTube that can easily teach how to clamp it. I love the quality of the lamp. It is metal and the lamp is heavy. With a B22 lamp socket, you can use just about any bulb and the lamp shade is just the perfect size. What I love the most is the arm of the tertial lamp, as it extends quite a lot and is super easy to tighten from time to time. Go for it, you don't even have to think about it.

This is the best work lamp that I ever used in my life. Impeccable quality, sturdy, great fit & finish. It will last me for a lifetime. It has been money well spent!

Felt cheated because i ordered for a yellow coloured lamp but was supplied a black one. Otherwise an excellent lamp and meets my expectations.

This is what I was searching for. I am a medical student and spend a lot of time on my desk to study. With this lamp I can focus well due to good lighting.
