Have been using for two months and so far so good. Very nice for the price; was looking at similar faucets several times the price, but am pleased with this purchase and glad I didn't spend the extra money.A couple notes:As several others have said, the instructions are pretty much useless and don't seem to match this unit. That said, it was easy to install and nothing "special" about this installation compared to any other faucet.It is heavy. This is mostly a good thing, but something to consider if you have a thin sink you're mounting it to. We have a slightly heavier duty stainless sink and it flexes ever so slightly, but I could see it maybe being an issue with a "standard" stainless steel sink.The all metal design looks very nice, but the sprayer handle does get hot if you're using hot water for more than just a minute or two. Personally I prefer this look as opposed to some that have a rubber coating on the handle, but something to consider.I wish the faucet extended maybe another 3 inches; at least for our setup it works great and reaches far enough to fill pots, wash hands, or whatever, but be aware that it probably won't stick out as what most people are used to.Overall, we really like it, would buy it again and I definitely recommend for the price!

I spent days looking at faucets before finally getting overwhelmed and ordering this one. I installed it yesterday by myself (39 year old woman with diy spirit). It was easy to install, but the instructions could have been better. They didn't match the faucet and I have an extra washer that I didn't know what to do with. It would have saved me time if I had discarded them rather than read them. I was worried because the box was open and beat up when it arrived at my doorstep, but the faucet was in tact and it has a considerable weight to it. I'm really glad I didnt go with a more expensive version because this one feels sturdy. The hoses that came with it were plenty long and made installation a breeze. It isn't leaking, and I love the removable sprayer and pot filler. I might ask someone to help me tighten it next time I have company because I couldn't hold it from the top and reach under my 10 inch sink basin to tighten it as much as I would like. That said, it is still functioning perfectly upon installation.

The media could not be loaded.  Really great product for the money. It’s insane how much they want at a plumbing or home improvement store for the same product. Easily $100 more somewhere else. Definitley worth the money. Easy to install and very Pleased!

Really like the 2 spouts. Spray works well - only complaint is it doesn't pull down as far as I would like. Thought I had read somewhere in product literature that spray had magnetic docking: it does not, Looks great on our new stainless steel sink on our new island.

Wanted to love this forever as it is a good looking faucet for an island sink in a kitchen. The too good to be true adage applies here though. Installed in July '20, and by spring of '21 the spray handle started shooting water when you squeeze it for use. At first it was now and then, but now random passers-by can get in on the action with direct hits to their backs or better yet, which is worth more points, spray directly in their face when I use it. Usually, because now my friends won't come over anymore, it just hits me and sprays across all of the cabinets, stove, and refrigerator. Probably didn't help that I laughed every time they were soaked. My mother in law was not amused after it hit her (accidentally) for the 3rd time. Her review of the faucet was something about "good for nothing" - but not sure if she was talking about it or something else.I figured the price compared the the big name brands with similar products might signal peril. It does. Searching for something that will last now, this is not what you are looking for. The spray head has completely failed, proving once again, cheap is cheap. Glad it failed like it did instead of flooding the house, as I'm not sure I have a lot of options left for couches to sleep on in the event of major house damage repair. On a bright note, my 7 year old suggested putting our slip and slide in the kitchen instead of replacing an old rug runner, so we have saved a few bucks there.Hope that helps.

Excellent Faucet!Easy to install. I love that you can leave the main valve on and use the spigot or sprayer. I’m glad they made all the parts movable too. Will come in handy when canning.It’s also increased our water pressure to the kitchen sink. Bonus!

I love my faucet. The value for the money is excellent. Saw others more expensive with less features. The material is great quality.Had it installed there were not problem.Great buy.

I absolutely love this faucet!!! However, after 6 months it started spraying all over me where the sprayer handle is attached. I emailed the company to see if the sprayer could be replaced, with no avail! Very disappointed as I have suggested this faucet to several people. I can't recommend anymore, until I hear from them. So disappointed as the plumber said it installed with ease. He was going to buy one for himself. Did have a problem with it not tightening tight enough to keep it straight. Would love to hear from the company!!!
