Very Poor Shipping Experience
After multiple phone calls to onSale, their shipper AIT, and the shipper's local delivery service, unit finally arrived. Upon unpacking, it was clear that the wine cooler had been damaged -- hinge bent causing misaligned door latch meaning door would not close, broken light switch keeping lights on all the time, and rear damage causing bent/crumpled right/left rear sides of the unit.Have requested a return/refund from onSale.

Skinny bottles
This was a replacement for a built in so not a lot of choices with the dimensions I needed. The space between the shelves is so narrow, that it will only accommodate the thinnest of bottles. Never had to choose wine for the shape of the bottle before. The racks are wood slats , stapled and gluded not metal and if try to force larger bottles you will break them the rack. It is attractive. I removed the shelves and replaced them with my metal ones from my old unit.

What an amazing piece of garbage
I use for cooling sparkling water. Any time there is a power fluctuation (which there are a lot of in my neighborhood), it forgets what temperature it is supposed to be and resets to the highest possible temp. Doesn't seem to want to die. That's the best I can say, as I pull out another hot bottle of water.

Nice product
Very nice wine fridge, so far operates as advertised. Shelves look a little crooked from afar, also wish it held more large wine bottles, but other than that it looks great in our new kitchen.

nice looking and quiet
Better than expected in quiet and looks. Fit into a small space without looking cheap. It holds more than we expected. Though it is only one zone, we still put both red and white in and it acts to pre chill the white particularly in the summer.

Don't waste your money.
Barely lasted 4 years. Called repair guy and he said compressor was shot and it would be $2000 to replace it. Ridiculous. Apparently repair people hate Danby too. They said no one wants to work on them and parts are limited. For $750 this cooler should last way longer. Ironic that it stops working right after the warranty went out.

Has a fatal flaw (and unconcerned customer support)
Unit looks nice and was very easy to install.BUT I would not buy one again because of the noise. The fan runs almost constantly, 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. This is under a bar in the living room, where the noise drives you crazy if you're trying to read or have a conversation. A call to Danby customer service got the response "Oh yes, they have to do that to maintain the temperature."Really? To cool to 54 degrees? The refrigerator doesn't do that to cool to 40 degrees. The freezer doesn't do that to cool to 30 degrees. My conclusion is that there is no insulation at all and the compressor is constantly struggling to keep up with heat loss.A loud fan is bearable for a few minutes an hour. It's totally ridiculous for 2/3 of every hour, all day long. I'm going to have to figure out a way to unplug it, like the earlier commenter.

Loud.
Not happy with the wine cooler. It is too loud, with disturbing humming in the kitchen.Otherwise, the shelves are little tight for the mentioned number of bottles to be stacked.Item looks somewhat "cheaply made" and flimsy.
