Q: How do you download music on to the sd card? When I connect the cable to my laptop the watch isn't recognised? We only have 1 pre-loaded song on it!

This was bought as a gift for someone, I had not loaded any songs to it. Perhaps you could try placing the Micro SD card in a reader and connect to your laptop/pc that way.
