Good for the money
Are these fancy high illumination specialty lights? No. But that being said, they are actually really bright. I have other lights that are brighter. But for the money the battery last a long time and charges easily. It is light in weight and small enough to put in a pocket or not create drag while diving. The strap works great and hold well, I just wish it wasn't as long but you can fix that easily. Cuts through dark water well and works great during night dives! I would buy again. And a great buy if you are diving on a budget

Bright, Reliable, and Ideal for Helmet or Handheld Use
I currently run three of these dive lights — two mounted to my helmet when on rescue dives and one carried by hand — and they’ve performed exceptionally well. The output is bright and focused enough to cut through dark water while still providing usable spill for peripheral visibility. The beam pattern works well in practical dive conditions rather than just looking impressive on paper. Mounted to my helmet, they stay secure and balanced without adding unnecessary bulk, and the handheld unit provides flexibility when I need to direct light independently. The power indicator is a helpful feature, especially during longer operations, since it gives clear feedback on remaining battery life rather than leaving you guessing. The rechargeable setup has been convenient and dependable. For anyone needing a durable, high-output dive light that works equally well mounted or handheld, this has been a strong performer in my setup. I’ve trusted it enough to run three of them, which says a lot.

Just get it
Currently have taken it on 5 dives. No issues, very bright and the battery has lasted a long time. I’ve only had to charge it twice since purchasing it. The only thing I don’t like about it is that you have to cycle through the lighting options every time you turn it on. Oh well though, it’s still worth the price, it’s a solid dive light.

Solid product for 40+ dives. Lubricate your o-rings beore assembly for best performance.
Great light. It's been on over 40 dives with me now, and down to over 100' a couple of times and hasn't leaked a drop. It's plenty bright for looking in nooks and crannies during the day and works well on light dives as well. I would solidly recommend this light. One note for folks to ensure a good tight seal: LUBRICATE YOUR O-RINGS BEFORE ASSEMBLY. Any basic silicone lube will work fine. They don't need to be goopy (and shouldn't be). Just put a tiny dot on each o-ring and massage it around so the ring is shiny. That allows the ring to settle into its groove and for the housing to smoothly slide past during assembly. I'd bet a lot of the folks who have leakage problems didn't do this, and the o-rings got pinched or pushed out of their groove on assembly.

Bright and compact
These lights are great. They are bright and last a while. The only con is the little clip that blocks the switch from coming on accidentally...it's easy to lose and then your light switches on too easy.

great product
I love it! I have used it for over a year now. The battery comes out to charge. It is water tight and very bright.

Utter failure from the get-go.
I had decent hopes for this light. But within the first few minutes those hopes quickly faded. It started when I attached it to my weight belt with a key ring and rope through the backend hole. I put the belt around my waist for fitment. As I adjusted the belt I watched the white rubber ring that goes around the on/off button bounce off into the white pea rock in my yard to be lost for good. I looked for it in vein. But thought to myself that if it came off that easy. It might have been a shipping holder or something. Because there’s no way a critical piece of this light would come off that easy. Very first breath-hold dive with it. As I dropped down about 25 feet on my first freedive of the day I tried to look into some ledges , just to check the brightness. It wouldn’t turn on at all. At this time I noticed small bubbles pushing out of the area where the white rubber ring had fallen off. I was not happy. As I headed to the surface bubbles continued to push out of the on/off button area. Then the light actually turned on! But only for a moment. Then off again. I looked into the lens and to my dismay I could see a slight amount of water inside the lens. I dove again and noticed the light had turned on by itself and now I couldn’t turn it off. It’s not safe to have a bright reflective object next to your crotch when diving in the ocean. Knowing this light was officially toast after my second dive I headed for the boat to get my smaller backup light that I luckily brought with me. That was two days ago. I just opened it at home to take a look. The inside of the light is completely rusted and oxidized as the battery leaked and destroyed everything. I won’t even ask for a replacement or my money back. I don’t even care for the $50 or so it cost. Just trying to make note to others before they make the same mistake.

Awesome Dive Light -- Made My Trip Even More Awesome!
This light is AWESOME and I highly recommend it! First, it's a great value for the price I paid ( about $39 USD ). I bought this light for a trip to Bonaire ( Feb 2025 ) for use during the daytime to see inside and underneath the corals and to see the reds, oranges and yellows that you can't see down around 70 to 80 feet. Several people noticed how bright it was and commented when we got back to the boat. And while I don't recommend you do this, I used it to clank my tank a bunch of times to call other divers over to come see stuff and it held up just fine for some 15 dives (some as deep as 80 feet). The battery lasted fine for two full dives using it intermittently but it started to run down on the 3rd dives. It uses an 18650 battery (which is easy to find on Amazon) so just buy more (with same or higher mAh rating) and swap the batteries if you want light for more than two dives in one day. I can't begin to tell you how much stuff I was able to see using this light.
