Good sturdy potato masher. I use mine to mash home made vegetable soup rather than a blender so it’s still chunky.

Just Quality
A really substantial build quality, well balanced to use. Overall one of these purchases that really surprises- in a good way. Recommended to all.

Flippin' great
On the whole, a great product. It does seem to have quite an angle between the handle and the flipper end however I imagine that's just to stop you burning yourself! I've put 4 stars for easy to clean because when food gets stuck on it does seem to take a while, however that's just because my husband doesn't like to clean burnt food off straight away! I have previously had another branded product which this has replaced due to it falling apart but the old one did have a slightly larger flipping end to it which I did prefer however the size of this product is more than sufficient.

A smasher of a masher
So far I've mashed potatoes, carrots, parsnips, and stewed apples (not altogether, I hasten to add...). My previous masher fell apart (being made in two pieces with a separate slide-on - and eventually, slide-off handle); this one is very much stronger, being a one-piece moulding (except for the decorative and functional hanging eyelet at the top of the handle), seemingly of polypropylene which is very easy to wash clean and will not damage my non-stick saucepans. It seems slightly ridiculous to get excited about a kitchen implement, but this masher really is very good and thoroughly deserves the five star rating I have given it.

Too bendy for me
To its credit, this slotted turner arrived very quickly and has a good wide blade - most of its rivals are much smaller - but the blade is very thin and bendy which doesn't suit me at all. I have used it once and consigned it to our local charity shop.

Still looking for one of these in HARD SILICON as, when drying, the tea towel "sticks" to its surface - I have to admit that it is one of the better ones I have bought but NOT AS GOOD AS hard silicon ones
