I received my ironing mat before it was supposed to be here. I loved opening it up and finding the laundry bags in different sizes along with a mesh cover for fabrics that need protection from the heat. The day after I received it I got an email from the seller. They were just checking in to be sure that I was happy with the product. Taking that extra time to check in on their buyer went a long way in a time of social distancing. I have emailed back in forth for a few days now. I love their product but I love customer care even more. Kordyal I wish you the best of luck in growing your company and line of products that you offer your buyers.

I’m really disappointed in this.On the minor end: the iron mat/holder is smaller than a standard iron making it essentially useless.On a more major end/ the fabrics used on this shrink at different rates. This means that when you wash it (and even just from ironing on it, though washing causes the issue more rapidly) the fabrics shrink on the underside while the top doesn’t. You end up with a mat where the area that most needs to be flat is gappy and wrinkled. I have to smooth the top layer of fabric and use fabric pins to pin it down on all 4 edges just to get it useable. I need to find a new one and throw this away. :(

This came all wrinkled and I thought it would iron out, but the binding is sewn on too tight causing it to not lay flat.

Goes over any surface, and reflects great wire well. Moisture from steam goes through, so use this on a surface that steam will not damage. Good value with included laundry bags.

I was confused by all the other stuff with the padded blanket. There was no explanation of contents. I haf no idea what the separate mesh mat was for - zipper bags ok - but I didna't order them. Furthermore when I went on the web site there were efforts to describe the contents but I still couldn't discern which description referred to the "pad" and to the "mesh." I had to go to "reviews" to find out what one person thought it was. I'm left with a negative feeling when a paper included with accurate description would avoid my frustration. The item seems to work fine. But I would trade the bags for the inclusion of an explanation for what the "mesh" was intended for so I didn't have to go to the trouble to find it.

Smaller than advertised. Good for ironing on top of washer/dryer machine, but that's about it. Certainly not safe to use on other surfaces. Do not use this on your dining table, unless you want to destroy the finish.

This matt doesn't lie flat and isn't very useful with its sides curled up!!

I liked it hand a place to set the iron. I used it to see how it worked. It is great in a pinch! I am going to give it to my daughter, who doesn't have room for an ironing board in a studio apt. She doesn't iron much so this will be great.
