Sony PMW-EX3/2 HD PAL Camcorder with 1 x Sony SBP-32 SxS 32GB Card & 12 month warranty

Released 12 years ago with a £7,500 price tag. I bought mine for a lot less. Still a beast of a workhorse professional camcorder. I use my Rode professional mic (XLR) which I bought separately.Sony XDCAM is the format. The XDCAM EX3 models are brilliant. Important to consider that they use the old SxS cards.Other standards in the XDCAM area are IMX (MPEG), XDCAM HD and XDCAM HD 4:2:2The EX models are capable of 4:2:2Or is it 4:2:0 ?IAt the end of the day, when broadcast, seeing the difference between that and 4:4:4 is not easy. I reckon it is all techno-babble. This camera shoots stunning images, good enough for 95% of applications for broadcast TV. Leave 4:4:4 to the BBC and David Attenborough. For the rest of us, its a huge waste of money. Just my thoughts.4:2:2 is the standard for BBC at 50mbpsStill a great professional camcorder at an affordable price.10 / 10

Poor quality. Came in smelly moth ball box. Bubble wrapped not in Sony box. Very heavy. Scratches galore Missing back piece to battery cover. View finder didn’t work Cassette not SD slot isn’t compatible. Looked ancient. Not as photo Requested refund
