Great helmet, good adjustment system, aweful straps that are thick and uncomfortable and difficult to adjust. Front and back straps come together into a clip which is hard to position optimally and there is a lot of extra slack, which is heavy given the heavy duty material. Lightnhelmet, nice adjustment wheel, dealbreaker straps.

Easy to adjust, clear instructions, and my preschooler loves it. Ventilation really helps on hot days. My only challenge is getting her to stay still long enough to clip it closed without pinching her.

We have this helmet in size small, and my son accidently hopped a curb on his bike and face-planted in the middle of the road. This helmet protected his head and face. Not a scratch. Highly recommended! It also fits well and he is rarely sweaty from wearing it. I am replacing it with another (since it suffered an impact) and even though it's more expensive than helmets you will find in a big box store, it's worth every penny.
