Good product: very nicely scented, fresh and minty, nice abundant foam. Leaves hair light and free and is a pleasure to use. The only less desirable characteristic is that the soap bar is hygroscopic, i.e., absorbs water and never really dries even if left in open air on a gridded soap dish, even in a relatively low humidity country (like Portugal, where I live).This fact has two implications: one, it wears out faster than it should because it's always more or less mushy. Two, it's absolutely impossible to use outside (I mostly shower at the gymn and was planning on using it there) because it simply dissolves into a paste if you transport it on a closed soap box (and it's impossible to carry it loose on your bag because it will soil every item in there).So, in my opinion, it's perfectly useable at home if you keep it dry but it' unusable outside. Formulation could be modified to make it less prone to absorbing water but that is something for the manufacturer. Still, a very nice, eco-friendly alternative.

I like this shampoo but I don’t think it’s good value for money. I had to discard about a quarter after it started to break apart (like soap does) I have switched to a cheaper brand of shampoo bar

I absolutely love this shampoo! It’s my favourite shampoo bar on the market!I use with Ethique bar conditioner (Guardian) and it leaves my hair clean for days and in the best condition it’s been in for years!! Cannot recommend enough! Plastic free, no nasties and comes in compostable packaging!! 🙌🏼

I have tried shampoo bars in the past and was disappointed with the results. But this shampoo bar lathers up like shampoo in a bottle, leaving your hair feeling clean and soft. I followed the shampoo with an apple cider rinse and argan oil. I am loving this new hair care regime and happy I can do my bit to stop plastic pollution.

Love this! Definitely my favourite shampoo bar after trying so many over the year. I have thin hair prone to breakage. I don’t need to use any conditioner bar either.

Lovely shampoo bar! I usually buy high end shampoo and this is just as good. My hair feels lovely. The smell is not as strong as bottle shampoo but it’s still lovely. I may be converted

Another wonderful shampoo bar by Ethique. Produces a wonderful lather and leaves my hair feeling clean and manageable. Unfortunately this particular one is very drying on my scalp and has produced dandruff and irritation. I'll return to my usual pink one when this runs out.

Love the shampoo but I am not really happy how quickly is disappearing 😕 this shampoo bar lasts just a month which is way quicker than I expect.
