Total waste - Cheap materials won't churn
I purchased this from a store but the product was so bad I decided to write a review. If I could give it zero stars I would.Putting it together is more complicated than other ice cream makers. I didn't realize the spout was open when I poured the ice cream mix into the bowl and it came pouring out. Annoying and a waste, but not enough to return the product. Unfortunately after I had it put together and turned it on, within minutes the paddle stopped churning/moving. The ice cream mix had frozen against the edges of the bowl - just a few centimeters, which is normal - but this product design does not leave enough space between the bowl and paddle. The frozen layer prevented the cheap materials from being able to move and churn the mixture. What a waste of time and money. I am returning it.

What a waste
Received this as a wedding gift and it only worked twice. The spout leaks and the ice cream ingredients never thickens.
