The description at a the top next to the picture states size is 4X4X4. When I received it, it was only 3 1/8 X 3 1/8 X 3 1/8, so the measurements are misleading and false. It is a sturdy product and, I'm sure, great for displaying a baseball, but I had another use that required the larger size. Fortunately I was able to use it for something else but glad I only ordered one. Seller should put the correct measurements in the description so as not to be misleading.

Liked the fact that there was not a stand. I have a baseball in which the former pro player (Mickey Owens) wrote various records all over the ball. A stand would partly obscure these. I looked for a cube WITHOUT a stand for this reason. Ball fits tight enough in the cube without rolling around. Can see all of Mickey's writings. I wish it might have been a bit cheaper! Funny that less costs more!

I purchased this ball cube to house a baseball I was fortunate enough to have been signed by four major league players. The cube itself is nothing to rave about as the two pieces slide together with little effort. Simple disign for a simple function. The only problem I have is that there is a gap between the ball and the walls of the cube which allow the ball to roll around. I'll attempt to address this by placing a laminated card of the names/numbers of the players in the cube. Other than that, it serves its purpose quite well.

One day I noticed that my souvenir baseball signed by Andre Dawson was literally gathering dust on top of the entertainment unit in the living room. I was able to brush it off, but eventually it would require cleaning that might damage the signature. I decided to search Amazon.com for something to protect the ball but still allow its display, and found the BaseQube. I ordered one, and liked it so much that I ordered more. The plastic (Lucite?) is very clear, and it was so carefully molded and trimmed that I could not at first determine where the seams were to pull it apart. It looks good, and fits together great.

I'm sure this would work very well for it's intended purpose of displaying baseballs. I wanted to use it to make a paperweight of shredded hard drive scraps (Yes. I'm a nerd). That was... difficult. This case is designed as two interlocking C shapes. It took about 30 minutes of careful shaking to get the bits of metal into it, so it would close, and they wouldn't spill out. Then I applied super glue to keep it closed.

This case was much cleaner and nicer than I expected. When I order anything around $5-$10 I expect crap but this is a nice little case. It looks better than the ones I bought at Safeco Field watching my Jays lose to the lowly Mariners haha I say pull the trigger on this case folks, cheap and good!

The item came exactly as described and functions well for its purpose. It took a moment to figure out how to open the case, but once you understand how it interlocks, you can place your ball in with no problem. I like that it is simple and does not require any mounting or specific ball placement. There were no scratches and the packaging was sufficient to protect the item during shipping. Great for baseballs with more sentimental than monetary value.

I got this to display a present for my boyfriend. It was perfect and worked really well with the product i displayed in it.

Great little display case/cube. It doesn't have to be used as a baseball display case - you can look for fun/crafty projects online! It does have some writing etched into one of the edges, but it's very small and barely noticeable.
