Best SLK book yet, IMHO
Torn between four and five stars, I gave it five on the basis that it's the best book on SLKs I've found. Though the writing lacks enthusiasm or spark, the endless photos provide the most plentiful, varied and insightful mix I've found in any SLK book yet. You can just flip through, page after page, and enjoy this book for its brilliant images. And when you want to know more, the information's all there. Just a beautifully presented look at SLKs.

Muy interesante
Un libro superinteresante, mucho mejor que los de Christof Vieweg, que son mera propaganda de Mercedes sin profundizar en la fabricación de los coches. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Fantastic book - complete history of R170
Beautiful hardcover book that shows the history of the SLK R170 series. I just recently bought a 2000 R170 and this book is a great resource about the car, everything I want to know.

E' un libro che tratta SOLTANTO la R170, cioè la prima Mercedes Benz SLK che entrò in produzione negli anni novanta del secolo scorso, disegnata dall'Italiano Bruno Sacco. E' un manuale interessante per i collezionisti del modello
