Plug and play on Windows, strong signal for its size.
I moved my desktop computer to a location where I no longer had Ethernet run, so I figured adding Wi-Fi capabilities to it would be the easiest way to work around that problem. I plugged this wifi adapter into a free USB port on my desktop, and Windows 10 found drivers automatically with no need to install them on my own. Everything works exactly as expected, and signal strength is strong despite the small size of the wifi adapter and my wireless access point being a room over with a few hallway/closet walls in between. Better than I expected for the relatively cheap price.

Thumbs up!
Great, does what it’s supposed to.

Plug in and ready to go. Great nano size.
Item receives my wifi signal strongly, as much as any of my other wifi products around the house. Works fine. Didnt need to install anything before using it - using W10 on an old low-end laptop that drops wifi often with OEM on-board adapter.I recommend for anybody that needs a wifi adapter with a small nano profile.

Good compact WiFi dongle
My son was making his own gaming pc. It didn't have WiFi built in and so we looked at the various dongles on the market. This one appeared to have everything my son needed with a faster download speed than a lot on the market and for a good price. Also my son liked its compact size and the fact it didn't stick out and catch any of the cables. So far everything running smoothly. I'm sure I'll hear quick enough if he has any problems with it.

USB Provided Was Faulty.
Whilst the setup with the disk was easy enough, the USB that was provided didn’t fit into any of my USB slots on my PC. Just in case it was something I was doing, I tested it with my Chromebook and TV, still didn’t fit.I’m one of those people who are having to work from home because of the coronavirus & the PC I’ve been provided doesn’t have a WiFi card so I thought this would be great, absolutely not, very disappointed.Don’t buy it

Doesn't detect 5Ghz networks
Tried many times to set it up so that it can detect 5Ghz networks - it never worked. Returned.

Careful with those
I bought this as a USB wifi for my NAS or my Satellite receiver. Alas it didn't work with either .. its simply too advanced for those so if you intend to buy these for such use ... just get a cheap 150mb wireless N which will work straight away.,

Supermini without aerial has less range - and it gets hot!
My old longer usb-stick-sized dongle kept on getting knocked and its plastic body became a bit loose from the metal plug. I opted for the supermini to avoid this problem. It was very successful picking up a good signal through a wall or two in the house, but when I took it another 10 yards further away onto the patio the signal became very weak, although my old dongle still kept a good signal out there. So maybe avoid if not too close to your signal source.Another issue is the heat generated. The supermini got really hot, perhaps worryingly so, and that heat spread through the base of the laptop. I'm using the old dongle to write this and it's cool and so is the base of the laptop.I also had an unaccustomed problem with my laptop battery stopping charging for the first time after using the supermini stick. It is a bit of a coincidence - but whether it was a consequence I cannot say for certain.Although this dongle works, I am not happy using it now.
