Fantastic Voice Recorder
I am often required to present meetings and then write up the meeting afterwards and decided I would purchase a voice recorder so I can easily play it back and write up my notes.I have never used one before as I wasn’t sure how the sound quality would be or how easy it would be to play back. However, I am happy to report that sound recorder is absolutely brilliant. First of all it’s very small soo can fit in my hand or pocket and second of all the way it picks up the sound is fantastic considering it was on the table but could hear my voice clearly. The very simple controls allow for easy playback and skipping/rewinding which is essential when writing up voice notes. All in all very impressed and will save me a lot of time in meetings!

Basic but handy...
I'd been after one of these for a while and just never got around to buying one so decided to take the plunge at entry level and at a reasonable price.. This is never going to be the same as the really expensive dictaphones but is adequate at it 's price point.I have recorded some messages and played them back with no problems, used the unit for 7 to 8hours without charging, loaded some music onto it and played it back using the supplied headphones and generally played around with it as you do when you get a new toy..I had some trouble getting the recordings to retain a time and date stamp but got round that by recording the date when I dictated anything, there is probably a good reason for this but I haven't read the manual that was supplied so it's my own fault. You get all the leads you need, headphones, instructions and a guarantee of one year for less than £15.. Bargain I reckon..

Adequate
Works ok so far.A little small, but fits away in a back pocket nicelyAfter getting used to it,users will find it does what they want.Sound pick is ok,although not tried in a meeting yet.Playback audio is ok,readable but not over loudOne small thing that users will find is that when recording, you had to look at the display & then start talking when the umbers on the screen start moving

It is a good buy but it has its limitations.
I thought the print in the instructions was far too small to read . Its terminology wasn't easy to interpret. Too many half presses and full presses. I had the impression from the advert that all it needed was to press three buttons. But there are numerous others to press or half press on the sides of Recorder. The advert said a child could use it.. I doubt it. I have had to ask for help of a friend to know how to transfer wav recordings which it produces into MP3's on my computer when device is attached to transfer recordings. They appear as Wavs. This was a headache to me initially. But as I said I was guided through instructions from a friend with my computer on and device attached to achieve and changing format into MP3's This is a truthful review.

Easy to use
It is small and easy to use. I bought it for the recording facility. It isn't a fantastic looking piece of kit but most importantly it does the job. I haven't tried the MP3 part yet and that would be an added bonus, when I don't need for recording anymore.

Audio Book maker
Wanted to create audio books for listening to while on holiday, driving etc, and older Minidisc recorder no longer records. So what better way, than this Dictaphone.Easy to use, very small, but records clearly, and easy to transfer to PC for editing. Easily transportable, and very handy to record meetings etc.To use modern language. "a very cool piece of kit".

Nice unit but not brilliant.
Small is good, but this could be a little bigger. Sound is not 100%, otherwise not a bad product.

Great little dictaphone
Great little dictaphone for the price. Nice clip on mic. Good battery life. All in all a good product that does exactly what it should.
