There is a very nicely done reference to a quiet academic world where libraries and books meant something. That is in the pattern of the windows, the reference to openable doors, the welcoming 2 trees (probably yew) to the left and right of the doors. Just charming and clearly done by someone who cares. So buy this if you value all the above positives I have mentioned. BUT: you are utterly required to spend a few moments contemplating the item and looking at it. And to think. And feel. Then you shall see... Then put it to use. I did.

I needed some very sturdy and attractive bookends for my home office book display. These looked attractive and well-made online; they are even better than they look, and well worth the price. I couldn't be more delighted with this purchase. They came well-protected and promptly. I likely will purchase more.

I wanted nice but moderately priced bookends for small home library. I have currently purchased 9 pairs of bookends and counting. They’re very nice and reasonably heavy so they actually do hold the books in place. These are good quality bookends.

I love the style and non slip features. But I was a bit disappointed that the picture showed that the word library was on the book end , but the product I received did not .

These are just lovely. Nice sturdy bookends with a charming design.

Got this as a Christmas gift for my nephew who is a bibliophile. He absolutely loved it and how it adds a bit of personality to his personal space. Considering purchasing a set for myself. Very well made :)

Does the job, but a bit overpriced in my opinion

Looking food bookends for my cookbooks, that was sturdy and look good since they would be in kitchen. These are perfect.
