Working good (after initial maintenance)
So far, it seems ok.Initially on the one I received, the belt kept slipping off. I ended up adjusting the thing slightly, and now it’s working really good. While I’d have loved to have gotten a properly adjusted machine from the start, I do still like this rower. It also seems like it has potential to be user serviceable, which can at times be a good thing.

Looks nice, doesn’t work
Broke after 36 minutes of use. Handle retracts and fan doesn’t spinUpdate...called Stamina shortly after machine stopped working. A real person answered the phone in Springfield, MO. I explained the problem, they sent me a form to fill out, and they sent me a new machine the next week. I'm definitely going to register the warranty but it seems to be working fine after a week of use. This is a good introductory rower. Not too expensive and it mimics the performance of the machines at the gym.

Great for what I wanted.
Great so far! Super easy to assemble with all tools included. Front slide bumper seems a little far out to get a full return position. Plenty of range to the back bumper stop.

Great then 90 days came - parts non existent.
I bought this 3/21/2020 took delivery on 3/24/2020 just as the quarantine and lock down started. Seeing as how my gym was closed. Early on loved it and was really satisfied with my purchase. First issue happened in June 26 - one of the top rollers on the seat got a flat spot and started to drag. No worries it happens and highly wearable part. Contacted Customer Support via chat - after providing information I AM STILL WAITING FOR A SINGLE ROLLER. I EVEN OFFERED TO BUY THE DAMN ROLLER. Now the unit is broke the strap will not retract back into the machine which just happened today. AND JUST HOW LIKELY will it be to get that part whatever it maybe. I used the rower 3 hours per week. Three one hour sessions 3 times per week hardly commercial use. Followed up on the July 2, July 13, and July 14th.

Great & Sturdy for the money
Delivery quick. Packaging well done. Assembly easy. Quality of parts good. Actual use by one medium and one large person works very well. Very good value for the money.

STAMINA ATS AIR ROWER
The media could not be loaded. I like the stamina ATS air rower,I love it in the GYM so why not have at home. It was working fine great ,then after about 4 to 5 days of having it. Early morning I go on my walk and run. Get back in and get on the rower and it working fine its going strong after about 3 to 4mins it sound like something pop r came apart i heard it and allow a sudden its not going strong anymore, when I pull it its light.

You should buy it if you don’t intend to use it
This product is not worth the money. I’ve had it less than a week and it already has broken. The belt snapped and now the fan doesn’t move. I should have known when due to the cost. I’ve contacted the company and am just waiting. And of course there’s no way to put it back in the box.

Stopped working after 30 seconds
Followed all written and video instructions. After thirty seconds of use the belt disconnected from fan. Belt retracts but fan does not spin. Waiting for return authorization. Not sure how to possibly get this back in package though!
