Game-changer!!
These eyelashes have become my new favorite beauty product. They save me SO much time getting ready in the morning and are now something I wear daily. They are perfectly tapered to give you that winged cat-eye look. The lashes themselves are soft and similar in size to your natural lashes so they don't look cheesy or like plastic. The eyeliner brush is a little hard to control (super flexible), so take the time to get used to it. Practice applying with light brush strokes. The instructions state to apply three coats of eyeliner. I personally found a better routine instead of applying three whole layers. I apply one solid layer on my entire eyelid, let it dry. Then on the inner and outer sides of my eyelid (where the ends of the false eyelash would land with the magnet) I apply the two extra coats more-so like dots. With my first use, I found that the ends of the eyelash strip were more likely to lift instead of the middle. So that is why I only apply the two extra coats on the sides instead of my whole eyelid.

This is how my eyeliners looked, when I opened the box. SO DISAPPOINTED.
I have ordered these lashes MANY times, and I love them. Unfortunately with my last order, the eyeliners were both COMPLETELY dried out. I haven’t opened the third one. I’m so disappointed.

Why Mimi votes Yes on these
I read all of the reviews and it seems people love these or do not like, not much in the middle. I have been using these daily since Feb. First..these are accent lashes so of course they do not cover your entire eyelid. Place from the outer eyelid in to the middle. Second..shake the liner before opening.Third... apply 2 coats of liner, not 3 or 4. Thicker does not make it better, it actually worsens it by cracking. Fourth, I am 68 and have worn lashes since high school. I have used serums, worn lash extensions everyday, all day regardless if I am going out. I am good at applying all of them, but these are really fast and easy. Let the liner dry, then apply. The only time I had issues was when boating, so I put on sunglasses and that solved the problem. Mine wear well 7 to 10 days before I use a new pair.

Almost perfect, but not quite there yet
I like wearing accent lashes every day, I have hooded eyes and although I naturally have fairly long and full lashes, the hood in my eyes almost completely covers them the older I get. I was super into the idea of magnetic, I thought using the special liner with the lashes would be fast, easy to apply and and easy to maintain. These lashes are the perfect size and length, no trimming needed for me. Once on, the length is just perfect to give my eyes that extra pop without looking cartoonish. But there are definite issues I have with this. The liner is not great at all. All MUAs apply mascara then apply falsies, but you cannot use the brush this liner comes with. At all. Unless you want glumps of product on your natural lashes making them sticky and gross. This is solved by using your own brush so you can dip into the product and apply cleanly. But you need to apply 2-3 coats of liner to build up enough product for the magnets on the lash to grip to, so no matter how hard I try, I can always get the 1st coat of liner nice and thin, but the 2nd and 3rd coat makes the line very very thick. That's a great look for some but not all, and it's a great look for me if I'm going out but not for every day at the office. The liner is NOT water resistant or transfer proof. Something in the liner makes my eyes water just a bit when I apply it, making it run. Through the day it also transfers even with lashes on and Urban Decay All Nighter applied, and I'm not even out in the world where it's warm with sweat and excess oil on my skin.I also didn't find these easier or faster to apply then traditional falsies. It takes me about 3-5 minutes to apply traditional falsies, and that's using glue liner and a set of wispies. I takes me about 15 minutes to apply, re-apply, fix, re-apply, and fix the magnetic liner, get the magnetic lashes on, then blend the liner out so it's not choppy with super black rings around my eyes. After wear, and when you take the lashes off, you are left with a thick tape-like black liner line that 1/2 pulls off, 1/2 has to be really scrubbed with make up remover to get off. The magnets on the lashes pull the liner off and it sticks to them like glue. Not lash glue, but actual glue, and getting build-up off the lashes is time consuming and a serious pain, plus you run the risk of damaging the lashes, which I totally did. All in all, with extra care I got about 4-5 wears out of these before they fell apart. Pro-tip - you can't even soak the gunk on the magnets off, it stripes the lashes of whatever chemical that holds the lash shape and totally ruins them.Lets also talk about pricepoint... at $18 (average with tax) for a single 1/2 lash with a tube of liner for 5 wears, one pair of these cost almost $4 per wear before they fell apart on me. I'm boujie, but that's *bank breaking* when I can get a set of 5 falsies in a pack for under $10 (even cheaper on Amazon!) with a tube of glue at around $4 that will last me 6-7 weeks before I go thru them, averaging about $0.31 per wear. Even using the expensive glue liner sold at Sephora that lasts for hundreds of uses still makes traditional falsies the clear winner for cost, ease of use, and overall look.I can't deny they do look super cute once on, so I have gotten a few pair and have tried with a few different liners. one liner was a cream that came in a pot and I also tried another brand of liquid liner. I had the exact same problems with application (thick lines) and transfer with them. There is also no clear or brown version of the liner, plus the lash band holding the lashes and magnets together is quite thick and black, so a nude/natural look goes right out the door using these.Verdict: With the extreme high price along with the issues I have above, I think these are OK for the one-off wear.Every day more natural looks I'll be sticking to conventional lashes.

they work, but it's same as glue
I LOVE falsies, especially corner accent ones. I gave magnetic lashes a try, first I tried the ones that come in sets of 2 and you layer them up together. They worked wonders and were easy to remove! No glue or magnetic liner needed, so your lashes don't get damaged. The cons were that they're tricky to put on and I couldn't find a style with the corner accent I like, even cutting them shorter didn't do as good. So I gave these a shot. They work, and do look fab! However, when removing them the magnetic liner is just like glue. It might not go much to your lashes, but you still need to pull it and it's hard to remove the eyeliner from your lids. That, plus removing the liner from the lashes is tricky. I tried them for a while, and decided to stick to glue lashes, at least they last longer and it's less of a hassle to apply and remove.

Never wearing glue again!
These ACTUALLY WORK. I have been raving about them to as many people as I can. I have had no issues with adhesion, even with an outdoor fan blowing on me for two hours. Lashes pop on and off with ease. No pain, no gooey glue, liner is easily removed.Only small issue I’ve had is that one doesn’t quite go with the curve of my lid and one end tends to barely stick up. Not super noticeable though and no issues with it still staying on. And I always bring the liner with me in case I remove them and want to reapply later (you’ll see gaps in the liner if you take the lashes off, the liner sometimes goes with it where the magnets were).

You must buy these lashes!
Why oh why did I waste so much time AND effort in glue and crappy lashes. The eye liner goes on smooth and seriously keeps the lashes on all the way through a Friday night out and even through the night!!! I love these because they are not overwhelming. They perfect for giving your responsibility the emphasis you need! I'm aboutbrradybto buy 20 of these kits so I never have to live without them again!
