Well made easy to fit with one flaw
If you have these tiles and need a vent then it’s a simple and value for money option.That said the design of the tile means it might not fit quite as well as it should. The rain run off tray was too deep on the roof I fitted it to meaning it was slightly lifted off the roof. Had to do a bit of angle grinding to get it to fit properly.
