Not something I would ever put any faith in despite the pole mounting. being threaded into this piece.The wire cage for holding nuts is flimsy a very thin guage of mesh and poorly made.Twisting the base on and off takes a certain amount of effort and just be cause the base has twisted on doesn't mean it has properly engaged in the tiny tin lugs which barely protrude through the wire cage and plastic insert.No effort has been made to fit these little wings and lugs to a wire cage too thin to properly support them.Usable, but only just.
