I use these brushes for oil painting they are very soft but the angled brushes are great for making lines and takes a little getting used to was anticipating harder brushes do the price but they are quite soft and nice I probably would recommend them to be used for face painting or something like it . because even with the acrylic that it came with it seems to soft it can't hold a straight line. I definitely bought these brush on a whim and I definitely abuse them as I was working on a large five foot painting and by abuse I mean I didn't wash off the paint and would continue to work on my painting over the course of two weeks the brush in the bristles never got hard and they always went softer to original form if I just dipped them in my Turpin oil and continued on my painting . Very impressed with the amount of brushes that i got the cute little acrylic set that came with it and the case that holds it is awesome you can also as you see in the picture stand up on its own or lie down flat and zip close

As soon as the order was placed, Sharon from Uberve emailed me, and again after its arrival. She was very concerned that I find the product acceptable. There was no need for her to worry. For this price, the brushes are wonderful. Like any "real" brush, one or two lost a bristle or two during first use, but they worked great after that. They are a well thought out assortment which have seen a LOT of duty in the week we've had them. I bought them for my wife to paint flower pots and outdoor stuff. She has found them more than adequate and she has also been using them for more traditional painting (on canvas, board, and paper).

This is a great brush set. It has brushes for every type of paint stroke I might want to achieve. As an added bonus, it comes with small tubes of acrylic paint. Overall, it is a great value for the money. I love the stand that the brushes have. Makes selecting my brush while covered in paint very easy.

I haven't used the brushes but they look very good and the case is very good. The paints are the reason for not giving this 5 stars & I probably should give this less than 3 stars. Five of the twelve tubes of paint were completely dried up. When I was finally (after much massaging and squeezing) able to get the paint out, I could pick it up into little balls. Water could not help at all, just turned it grainy. One dried up tube was disappointing but five tubes is totally unacceptable. I'm only keeping it because of the brushes.

The brushes look very nice but after a couple if uses the hair on the brushes is falling off and they are wide open, difficult to paint over and over with them. Very disappointed! They are falling apart.

Bought this set for a friend for Christmas. It is a beautiful set of brushes and a variety of paints as you can see in the picture. I had some difficulty finding a set that was more for an individual that wanted to take acrylic painting seriously. But this set is the ticket!! Very impressed!! Will recommend to anyone that wants to start acrylic painting or just needing a quality set!

WOW!!!!! I bought this as a gift for my mother-inlaw and when I got it I was amazed at how nice the kit was. I took it to her the day I bought it. She opened it up and loved it. The Set looks so much better in person. I wasn't expecting such nice brushes (thought they would be small) but I was surprised with nice big brushes. The paint you get is all your basic colors ( I bought extra white so she could be able mix more). Great buy!!!

These were great and a good deal. I use them for watercolor but nice that I got a free acrylic set. There are actually a bunch of other listings on Amazon that are basically the same product with a different logo. Considering that I highly recommend this one because you are getting a much better deal.
