Having watched the show, this book is just like it. His recipes have stuff for beginners and even experienced chefs. All those little "Grandma" tips to pull the dish in your favor. I think I've cooked everything in this book. I also went to Sardinia and Sicily because of this book, I had to see it for myself. Well done.

GINO'S ISLANDS IN THE SUN
A lovely book, full of scrummy recipes and stunning photography. I actually bought this book because I saw an episode of the TV show and wanted a particular recipe (which I'd scribbled down on a piece of paper), and when I got the book was very disappointed that it wasn't in there! Lucky I'd scribbled it down!!! But, disappointment didn't last long - this book is just gorgeous, and really makes me want to visit one of Gino's 'Islands in the Sun'.
